★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei três estrelas pela administração porque cheguei às 8h e só fui levado ao apartamento às 11h para ser operado às 12h. Muitos funcionários passeiam pelo hospital, o corpo médico é excelente só a administração que é falha e por isso pesa no voto negativo.
 I gave three stars for the administration because I arrived at 8 am and was only taken to the apartment at 11 am to be operated on at 12 pm. Many employees walk around the hospital, the medical staff is excellent, only the administration is flawed and therefore weighs the negative vote.

primeira vez que fui ai (na unidade do farol), foi pra uma consulta com a reumatologiata, amei o atendimento, marquei meu retorno, e dai que vem minha indignação, marcaram pra o dia 30/01, depois ligaram pra reemarcar pra o dia 13/02 pois a dr. não poderia ir, ai tudo bem aceitei, depois ligaram novamente reemarcando mais uma vez pra o dia 23/01, achei ótimo, pois a dr. ia olhar meus resultados de exames, na mesma semana ligaram novamente pra mim pra reemarcar a consulta novamente pra o dia 13/02 pois novamente a dr. não iria poder vim, me programei novamente no meu trabalho, ( porq nós que trabalhamos, temos que se programar pra ir ao médico, porq é o certo né), e pra minha surpresa ligaram novamente pra mim dizendo que a dr. não ia poder vim e só teria vaga pra o dia 02/05... gente achei uma falta de respeito comigo como paciente, então peço encarecidamente que reeveja o que aconteceu, porq quando marcamos uma consulta, é porq precisamos, fui ai primeira vez, respondi uma pesquisa de satisfação, elogiei bastante vcs, e hoje sofri com a falta de respeito e falta de responsabilidade com a minha pessoa.

first time I went there (at the lighthouse unit), it was for an appointment with the rheumatologist, I loved the service, I scheduled my return, and then my indignation comes, they scheduled for 01/30, then they called to reschedule for the day 02/13 because Dr. I couldn't go, then ok I accepted, then they called again rescheduling once again for 01/23, I thought it was great, because dr. I was going to look at my exam results, in the same week they called me again to reschedule the appointment again for 02/13 because again Dr. I wouldn't be able to come, I programmed myself again in my work, (because we who work, we have to program ourselves to go to the doctor, because it's the right thing), and to my surprise they called me again saying that Dr. I wouldn't be able to come and there would only be a vacancy for the 02/05th... we found a lack of respect for me as a patient, so I ask you to review what happened, because when we make an appointment, it's because we need to, I went there for the first time , I answered a satisfaction survey, I praised you a lot, and today I suffered from the lack of respect and lack of responsibility towards my person.

Very good structure, very polite receptionists. 5 stars for the clinic. I just didn't like the Rheumatologist's service, 1 star for her.

Uma consulta agendada há mais de 30 dias, avisaram porque entrei em contato, 1 dia antes da consulta que o médico não atendia mais na clinica. Há mais de semanas que teria como ter avisado, ao menos que estavam procurando um médico para substituir e perguntar se eu queria ser atendido por outro médico. Mas não entraram em contato. Então aconselho ter cuidado se você vai marcar uma consulta com eles, eles podem não te avisar e você ficar na mão sem sua consulta.
Irresponsibility and lack of respect for the client/patient. An appointment scheduled more than 30 days ago, they warned me because I got in touch, 1 day before the appointment that the doctor was no longer attending the clinic. I should have known more than weeks ago, unless they were looking for a replacement doctor and asking if I wanted to see another doctor. But they didn't make contact. So I advise you to be careful if you are going to make an appointment with them, they may not let you know and you will be stuck without your appointment.
