★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com a clínica foi boa. Até achei que iria demorar mais, porém foi super rápido. E, o atendimento das recepcionistas e da pessoa que fez os exames foi muito bom também.
 My experience with the clinic was good. I even thought it would take longer, but it was super fast. And, the attendance of the receptionists and the person who took the exams was very good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Funcionários confusos, a clinica não tem comprometimento com as entregas dos exames NO DIA MARCADO. Só para terem noção; Fiz duas panorâmicas, a 1ª em 2017 e a 2ª em novembro/2020,
então para deixar muito claro, meu dentista fez uma solicitação por escrito no receituário, solicitando um traçado na última panorâmica de Novembro/2020 ai adivinha em qual fizeram o traçado? Justamente na de 2017, veja bem, o meu dentista solicitou por escrito e ainda assim, fizeram o errado. GENTE, isso é muita falta de comprometimento, isso é uma irresponsabilidade. Tô precisando fazer um procedimento e não estou com os resultados em mãos. E eu já fui umas 3 vezes na clínica só para hoje descobrirem que fizeram o errado. DECEPCIONADA!!!!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. Confused employees, the clinic is not committed to the delivery of exams ON THE SCHEDULED DAY. Just to get the idea; I did two panoramas, the 1st in 2017 and the 2nd in November/2020,
so to make it very clear, my dentist made a written request in the prescription, requesting a tracing in the last panorama of November/2020, guess which one they did the tracing on? Precisely in 2017, you see, my dentist requested it in writing and still, they did the wrong thing. PEOPLE, this is a very lack of commitment, this is irresponsible. I need to do a procedure and I don't have the results in hand. And I've been to the clinic about 3 times only to find out today that they did the wrong thing. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Fui hoje às 16:30 fazer um Raio X panorâmico bucal na RX 3D do Farol.
Ao adentrar no local do exame fui recebido de forma ríspida por uma funcionária mal humorada e grosseira, a qual bradava para as outras colegas e clientes a sua insatisfação de trabalhar ali, e que seu horário final era às 17:30 e pronto!
O exame seguiu com grosserias e falta de profissionalismo, pois ela não aceitava a minha dor diante da forma medieval com a qual ela introduzia os filmes na minha boca, a qual sangrava a gengiva e eu tentando explicar a ela que a dor estava insuportável, ao tempo que era advertido por ela que as imagens não ficariam boas.
Fui obrigado a levantar a voz e pedir respeito ao meu limiar da dor, o que a deixou ainda mais enfurecida diante do horário dela que estava finalizando, eis que teria que ir para o curso por já ter perdido a matéria diante dos excessos de horas trabalhadas sem a devida compensação.
Foi uma tarde de horror pra mim e nem consegui me alimentar no jantar, tamanha a dor. Nunca mais coloco meus pés nesse estabelecimento.
ELES EXCLUEM AS RECLAMAÇÕES NAS REDES SOCIAIS PARA QUE O PÚBLICO NÃO VISUALIZE.
*I DON'T KNOW HOW IT STILL WORKS*
Today I went at 4:30 pm to do a panoramic oral X-ray on the 3D RX of the Lighthouse.
Upon entering the exam site, I was greeted harshly by a grumpy and rude employee, who shouted to her other colleagues and clients her dissatisfaction with working there, and that her final time was at 5:30 pm and that's it!
The exam continued with rudeness and lack of professionalism, as she did not accept my pain in the face of the medieval way in which she introduced the films in my mouth, which bled my gums and I tried to explain to her that the pain was unbearable, when time that I was warned by her that the images would not look good.
I was forced to raise my voice and ask for respect for my pain threshold, which made her even more infuriated by her time that was ending, as she would have to go to the course because I had already lost the subject due to the excess of hours worked without due compensation.
It was a horrifying afternoon for me and I couldn't even eat dinner, such was the pain. I will never set foot in this establishment again.
THEY EXCLUDE THE COMPLAINTS ON THE SOCIAL NETWORKS SO THE PUBLIC DOES NOT VIEW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, NÃO RESPEITA A ORDEM DE CHEGADA, E DEMORA MUITO O RESULTADO DO EXAME, ESTOU A MAIS DE 20 DIAS AGUARDANDO O MEU.
BAD SERVICE, DOES NOT RESPECT THE ORDER OF ARRIVAL, AND IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THE EXAM RESULT, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MINE FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descompromisso e irresponsabilidade total. Fui informada que receberia o resultado exame quarta (11/05/22), liguei no mesmo dia para ter certeza da entrega, pois ao receber o resultado do exame iria fazer um procedimento de extração de dente no mesmo dia. Me deram certeza do envio por e-mail. Questionei se era certeza o resultado sair naquele mesmo dia, pois em caso afirmativo, precisaria tomar remédio antes do procedimento de extração e deixar avisado no trabalho que faltaria nos dias seguintes para deixar organizado. E mesmo assim, me informaram que eu receberia com toda certeza até 19 horas, pois a radiologista só estava terminando o laudo. O rapaz que me atendeu ainda me chamava de amiga. Resultado: não recebi resultado de exame nenhum, me senti enganada e ainda tomei medicamento em vão! Brincam com a saúde das pessoas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha terceira tentativa para realizar exames na minh filha, todos por demora excessiva no atendimento, chego e vejo diversas pessoas passando na minha frente, alegaram que eram idosos. Mas vi crianças que chegaram depois passarem. Alegaram que era o tipo de exame, mas pelo que observei eram os mesmos exames. Pra completar a falta de respeito com quem chegou cedo, a maioria das atendentes são mal humoradas, os exames são difíceis de ter sucesso em crianças e as moças que realizam os exames não tem o menor jeito, fazendo a gente se sentir péssima! Espero não voltar mais.
On my third attempt to perform exams on my daughter, all due to excessive delay in service, I arrive and see several people passing in front of me, they claimed they were elderly. But I saw children who arrived later pass. They claimed it was the type of exam, but from what I observed they were the same exams. To complete the lack of respect for those who arrived early, most of the attendants are moody, the exams are difficult to succeed in children and the girls who perform the exams have no way, making us feel terrible! I hope not to come back.
