★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento ter que avaliar com uma estrela, teria tudo para ser um hospital referência, mas a falta de compromisso e respeito com os pacientes desmerece qualquer tipo de elogio.
Tinha uma cirurgia agendada para as 12h, internei as 10h, de jejum desde as 21h, pois não levantaria para comer algo as 04h e o jejum era de 8h. Deu o horário da cirurgia e nada. Quando deram 13:30, acionei a equipe de enfermagem para saber quando iriam me encaminhar ao centro cirúrgico e voltaram com a resposta que minha cirurgia seria as 16:30, depois que seria ás 14:30, e por fim não houve.
Falta de respeito e compromisso com o cliente. Em momento algum a equipe veio sinalizar ou informar que havia mudado a programação, nem fui assistida pela mesma.
Indignada com a negligência e descaso.
Se trata de um hospital particular. Nem um hospital público trata os seus com tamanha irresponsabilidade.
I regret having to evaluate with a star, I would have everything to be a reference hospital, but the lack of commitment and respect for patients does not deserve any kind of praise.
I had a surgery scheduled for 12pm, I was admitted at 10am, fasting since 9pm, as I would not get up to eat at 4am and fasting was 8am. He gave the surgery schedule and nothing. When it was 1:30 pm, I called the nursing staff to know when they would send me to the operating room and they came back with the answer that my surgery would be at 4:30 pm, then it would be at 2:30 pm, and finally there was not.
Lack of respect and commitment to the customer. At no time did the team come to signal or inform that the program had changed, nor was I assisted by it.
Indignant with negligence and neglect.
This is a private hospital. Not even a public hospital treats its people with such irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa fez uma cirurgia no joelho no dia de hj 19/05 as 12h, fomos atendidos super bem, na hora de solicitar o atestado de acompanhante informaram que a assistente social era quem providenciava, as 17:45 procurei pela msm e ela já n se encontrava na unidade, assim como tb não compareceu momento algum na enfermaria pra saber se estávamos precisando de algum apoio ou solicitação alheia. Moramos longe do hospital e ter que voltar outro dia pra conseguir adquirir esse documento ficou super desconfortante.
My wife had knee surgery on the day of 19/05 at 12pm, we were taken care of very well, when it was time to request the companion certificate they informed that the social worker was the one who provided it, at 5:45 pm I looked for MSM and she was no longer he was in the unit, just as he did not show up at the infirmary to know if we were in need of any support or request from others. We live far from the hospital and having to come back another day to get this document was very uncomfortable.

Os atendentes e enfermeiras são espetaculares, o local é limpo e organizado, como deve ser... Porém, fui atendida por um ortopedista q nem levantou da cadeira para ver o q eu tinha... ele não me examinou, não chegou perto de mim e nem teve muito interesse em saber o q eu sentia... É uma pena... Tantos bons profissionais ótimos e 1 pessoa estragou td a experiência q eu tive...
The outpatient part does not know about the hospital procedure, which causes confusion when attending. The attendants and nurses are spectacular, the place is clean and organized, as it should be... However, I was seen by an orthopedist who didn't even get up from his chair to see what I had... he didn't examine me, didn't come near me and he didn't even have much interest in knowing what I felt... It's a shame... So many great professionals and 1 person ruined all the experience I had...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital com instalações simples, com boa manutenção e limpo, organizado no atendimento na recepção e médicos e equipe de enfermagem e auxiliares muito atenciosos. Enquanto esperava meu atendimento observei o atendimento aos demais pacientes, sempre com respeito e muita atenção. Parabéns, recomendo.
Hospital with simple facilities, well maintained and clean, organized in the reception service and very attentive doctors and nursing staff and assistants. While waiting for my care, I observed the care given to the other patients, always with respect and a lot of attention. Congratulations, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dos médicos é ótimo, fui atendida de maneira respeitosa e eficaz. Por outro lado, as enfermeiras são rudes, desinteressadas, falam alto umas com as outras sobre assuntos pessoais e deixam a desejar no trato com o paciente. Esperava de um ambiente de urgência uma seriedade maior, ainda que seja ortopedia.
The care of the doctors is great, I was treated in a respectful and efficient way. On the other hand, nurses are rude, disinterested, talk loudly to each other about personal matters and fall short in dealing with patients. I expected greater seriousness from an emergency environment, even if it is orthopedics.
