★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Dão entrada em pedido de cirurgias que não conseguem realizar, pois a máquina que realiza o procedimento está quebrada, e em momento nenhum comunicam isso ao paciente. Desatenção, desencontro de informações, atendimento telefônico e digital PÉSSIMO e quase inexistente, burocratizam todos os processos... evitem fazer qualquer coisa nesse local. Só vai te dar dor de cabeça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção nota 0 , para o médico a nota 0 também , o médico não tem responsabilidade com horário agenda a consulta e não cumpre e ainda atrasa por mais de 2 horas , se nas coisas básicas falta compromisso por parte do hospital e do médico imagine nos demais serviços .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço pré natal no laboratório, a doutora excelente mas no quesito espera é péssimo, acho que eles deveriam fazer um controle melhor de horário para gestantes, por que é um absurdo uma gestante esperar de 3 a 4 horas para fazer um pré natal em uma rede particular.
Se eles agendam para as 9 o horário deveria ser cumprido.
Mas infelizmente chego no horário e sou atendida 4 horas depois.

Cheguei com minha esposa de madrugada por volta das 3:20h com contração de 5 em 5 min. E só foi para o atendimento de parto por volta as 5:30h... Um absurdo esperar tudo isso!!!! A burocracia de papelada na entrada para o casal assinar é coisa que só existe aqui nesse hospital.....vc pode estar chorando de dor que eles agem como se fosse normal... Além disso, após o nascimento durante a manhã como foi tudo particular, ficaram cobrando no telefone do quarto os honorários dos serviços prestados como se a gente fosse sair correndo sem pagar... O que deveria ser o contrário... E sobre as refeições por ser particular deveria ser de melhor qualidade. Quem sabe um dia melhora.....
