★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quesito transparência e informação para familiar é péssimo, ninguém liga, ninguém se importa nem ouvidoria, simplesmente seu parente fica internado e você tem que implorar horas e horas pra saber se está bem...
Já que é hospital escola deveria ser uma das matérias não tratar familiar dessa maneira, é pior que uma cadeia você confia no seu parente para eles cuidarem e fica sem informações. Pior que vem de tempos deve ser o novo protocolo pós COVID, pq na internação da minha mãe em Janeiro ninguém entrou em contato. Descepcionada.
Como disse no email quando consegui tratamento para minha mãe nessa instituição achei que era um sonho, agora percebo que está mais para pesadelo.

Since it is a teaching hospital, it should be one of the subjects not to treat family members in this way, it is worse than a chain, you trust your relative to take care of them and you are left without information. Worse that comes from time must be the new post COVID protocol, because in my mother's hospitalization in January no one contacted me. disappointed.
As I said in the email when I got treatment for my mother at this institution I thought it was a dream, now I realize it's more of a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no HC algumas vezes com o meu sogro. No Domingo, dia 20, infelizmente nós o perdemos. Mas mesmo assim eu não me canso de agradecer aos anjos desse lugar. O atendimento é diferenciado do início até o fim. A Vaniele que trabalha na recepção é mais que INCRÍVEL. Eu nunca tive um atendimento tão humano na vida. Ela me explicou todos os protocolos de segurança e regras do hospital, seguimos tudo direitinho. Mas mesmo assim, ela foi acolhedora. Cuidou da minha sogra, nos disse palavras de carinho, sentiu a nossa dor. Ela se preocupou, nos deu atenção e afago. O momento era muito difícil e ela esteve ali. Eu nunca vou te esquecer, Van. Obrigada por tanto.
I've been to HC a few times with my father-in-law. On Sunday the 20th, unfortunately we lost him. But even so, I never get tired of thanking the angels of this place. The service is differentiated from beginning to end. Vaniele who works at the reception is beyond AMAZING. I have never had such a human service in my life. She explained to me all the safety protocols and rules of the hospital, we followed everything exactly. But still, she was welcoming. She took care of my mother-in-law, told us words of affection, felt our pain. She cared, gave us attention and caress. The moment was very difficult and she was there. I will never forget you, Van. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi dada melhores, pois meu filho contraiu COVID e ficou na UTI dependente da ECMO, porém foi muito bem tratado com uma equipe muito profissional e humanitários sobre a direção do Dr Pedro Mendes um ser humano maravilhoso muito capacitado que cuida do paciente e dos familiares.
Não sei e não tenho como agradecer, só agradecer a Deus por ter colocado um equipe tão abençoada para cuidar do meu filho e rezar por todos que naquela UTI trabalham.
My experience was not better, because my son contracted COVID and stayed in the ICU dependent on ECMO, but he was very well treated with a very professional and humanitarian team under the direction of Dr Pedro Mendes, a wonderful human being very capable who takes care of the patient and of family members.
I don't know and I can't thank you, I just thank God for putting such a blessed team to take care of my son and pray for everyone who works in that ICU.
