★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui relatar um ocorrido após a cirurgia de um paciente com fratura no fêmur, foi dado alta ao paciente e não foi prescrito que o mesmo deveria tomar o anticoagulante nos 10 primeiros dias, quando foi no 10 dia o mesmo veio há óbito, possívelmente gerou uma trambose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E atendimento presencial está sendo ótimo ,mas vc liga no hospital em qualquer setor eles atende coloca a chamada em espera e depois desliga achei uma falta de organização e respeito moro muito longe do local e terei q ir até o hospital só pra tira uma dúvida aff,lembrando q estou em tratamento de um acidente onde quebrei a perna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível, mais de 6 horas de espera por uma consulta mercada, não tem locar adequando para os pacientes esperarem, todos tem que esperar do lado de fora como se fossem cachorro, um entra e sai de ambulância da portaria o que deixa a frente do local completamente tomada e aglomerada, pois como eu disse os pacientes ficam na calçada .... Uma tremenda falta de respeito com os pacientes, fora o atendimento dos médicos .... Péssimo atendimento.....

Vim acompanhar minha sobrinha, 16 anos, pois meu irmão precisou sair e pediu pra eu vir ficar com ela no lugar dele. Mandou apresentar meu documento na recepção como se eu fosse uma delinquente.
Absurdo tratamentos assim nos hospitais públicos. Que tenham procedimentos tudo bem, mas que preparem melhor os colaboradores para esse tipo de função e não tratem as pessoas como delinquentes.

Entrei no consultório tinha 3 rapazes. 2 sentado numa maca jogando no celular o que me passou encaminhamento para o posto de saúde aguardar o atendimento de um ortopedista do posto de saúde. Como ele disse vai para a fila. O SUS EH ASSIM. TEM QUE AGUARDAR. Estou com dor na coluna crônica. Esse foi o pior lugar que passei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar, fiz uma cirurgia no punho recentemente e fiquei internada, os enfermeiros são maravilhosos e muito atenciosos, sempre perguntando e indo verificar os pacientes de todos os plantões inclusive.
O quarto e o banheiro são limpos e tem tv também.
O anestesista foi também maravilhoso me acalmando no momento da cirurgia.
Os meninos do gesso são muito legais também, sempre me fazem rir.
Tenho tido toda semana retorno pós cirúrgico e não tenho do que reclamar, médico sempre explica e tira minhas dúvidas.
Está sempre lotado mas isso não é problema pra mim. Pra mim foi perfeito!
I have nothing to complain about, I recently had wrist surgery and was hospitalized, the nurses are wonderful and very attentive, always asking and going to check on patients on all shifts, including.
The room and bathroom are clean and there is a TV.
The anesthesiologist was also wonderful calming me down during the surgery.
The plaster boys are really nice too, they always make me laugh.
I have had a post-surgical return every week and I have nothing to complain about, the doctor always explains and clears my doubts.
It's always crowded but that's not a problem for me. For me it was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, um hospital que diz ser conveniado com o SUS, médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos, auxiliar de limpeza e copeira são ótimos. Tratamento 10,
Quarto super quente, não tem um ar condicionado, tanto que a gelatina virou suco, comida horrível, pós operatório fiquei 18h sem comer, quando puder comer uma marmitinha pra criança com metade de uma salsicha. Enfim. Ao retornar na consulta, DR ótimo atendimento, falou que eu já marcasse logo a fisio que tinha vaga e Pediu retorno para 90 dias e 20 sessões de fisioterapia, pois meu joelho pode atrofiar, a recepcionista marcou o retorno mas não marcou a fisioterapia! Liguei lá pra saber, desligavam não minha cara, não querem marcar e querem que eu vá pessoalmente resolver, nem a gerencia do hospital se importou. Disseras que por ser conveniado com sus ela não pode fazer nada, então se fosse particular resolveria? Um erro deles, eu solicitei a fisio e não marcaram! Agora inventam desculpas que não tem mais vaga! Descaso! Vamos reclamar Ministério da saúde também.
