 When I took my cat there I was well attended, now I need to make an appointment and the phone calls and no one answers.

Vc liga mil vezes pra tirar uma dúvida e eles não atendem vc. A pessoa tá num desespero pra tirar uma informação e eles não atendem. RIDÍCULO! Da MÉDICA ANA ROSA EU N TENHO OQ FLR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhevia o serviço e me surpreendi com o atendimento. Os valores trabalhados sâo bem mais acessiveis mas determinados gastos poderiam ser parcelados em mais vezes. Não possui internamento e atendimento a noite e aos finais de semana, mas durante a semana vale a pena você ser atendido lá. Fora estes detalhes a parte chata e a marcação. Muito dificil a comunicação. Passei dois dias inteiros tentando ligar para conseguir um atendimento extra. Atendem emergências também.
I didn't know the service and I was surprised by the service. The amounts worked out are much more accessible, but certain expenses could be paid in installments more often. There is no hospitalization and attendance at night and on weekends, but during the week it is worth it to be attended there. Apart from these details, the boring part and the marking. Communication is very difficult. I spent two whole days trying to call for extra care. They handle emergencies as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que chegar cedo,não é gratuito,preços mesmo que alguns veterinários de bairro,alguns exames pode sair mais em conta,mas o gasto de transporte,comida e estresse causado ao gato,não vale a pena.
You have to get there early, it's not free, prices are the same as some neighborhood vets, some exams can be more affordable, but the cost of transport, food and stress caused to the cat is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que mais importa na avaliação é o atendimento humanizado aos nossos filhos de 4 patas. Os profissionais, tanto Professores/Residentes, são excelentes.
Questionar demora e falta de alguns itens é descabido, pois nós hospitais humanos faltam de tudo, inclusive boa vontade para atender os casos urgentes. Agradecer é o caminho para tudo acabar bem.
What matters most in the evaluation is the humanized care for our 4-legged children. The professionals, both Teachers/Residents, are excellent.
Questioning delay and lack of some items is unreasonable, as human hospitals lack everything, including goodwill to attend to urgent cases. Thanking you is the way for everything to end well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei extremamente decepcionada com o atendimento, demorei mais de 3 horas pra ser atendida com um animal em mais de 15 horas em jejum, quando finalmente tive alguma atenção fui informada que o ultrassom estava quebrado, algo que poderia ter sido falado na recepção uma vez que o nosso foco era justamente saber como estava a pedra na Bexiga da minha gata e se seria recomendado a cirurgia.
Como profissional de saúde entendo a demora no atendimento , até por conta da instabilidade do animal, mas como tutora me sinto imensamente desrespeitada até pq una simples gestão de tempo de atendimento resolveria grande parte dos problemas.
I was extremely disappointed with the service, it took me more than 3 hours to be seen with an animal in more than 15 hours fasting, when I finally got some attention I was informed that the ultrasound was broken, something that could have been discussed at the reception since our focus was precisely to know how the stone was in my cat's Bladder and if surgery would be recommended.
As a health professional, I understand the delay in care, even because of the instability of the animal, but as a tutor I feel immensely disrespected, even because a simple time management of care would solve most of the problems.
