★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência lá foi horrível. Primeiro ponto a ser considerado foi a espera de DUAS HORAS para ser atendido pelo médico. Além disso, a desinformação que os atendentes faz com que a gente (consumidor) não saiba mensurar a quantidade de tempo que vai atrasar. Além disso, eles colocaram um paciente na minha vez, o que é inadimissível para eu que estou pagando por três exames caros. É em um tom triste dizer que isso é padrao de atendimento, uma vez que o atendimento não foi diferente na unidade de villas do atlântico. Não recomendo ninguém a ir lá.

In addition, they put a patient in my turn, which is inadmissible for me, who am paying for three expensive exams. It is in a sad tone to say that this is standard of service, since the service was no different at the Atlantic villas unit. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frio e o atendimento foi devagar. O médico que me atendeu não era dos mais simpáticos, mas, ele atendeu rapidamente e ajudou com alguns problema do sistema após o término do exame.
Cold and service was slow. The doctor who saw me was not the nicest, but he answered quickly and helped with some system problems after the exam was over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em todas as consultas, invariavelmente, enfrentamos um clima pesado na sala de espera. Sempre há ruídos, reclamações e mau humor nas gestantes que ficam muitas vezes mais de 2 horas aguardando. E o pior: isto não acontece por incompetência, mas é uma consequência da tática da empresa de, conforme o próprio atendente disse, marcar ultrassom de 10 em 10 minutos; ou seja, obviamente haverá grandes atrasos, já que cada ultrassom leva , claro, mais tempo. A recorrência disso faz com que os atendentes já estejam acostumados e conformados às reclamações e , nisto, a clínica fica muito parecida com, infelizmente, as experiências que clínicas públicas muitas vezes oferecem.
Em suma, o Image transforma, sem qualquer constrangimento, o que era para ser uma alegria de ir ver o progresso do bebê numa verdadeira experiência estressante de espera desrespeitosa.
