Terrible attendance. I arrived early but people passed in front of me. If I knew, I wouldn't even have come early, I'd lean against the counter and chat to make friends.

Mandaram minha vó de 92 anos chegar super cedo em jejum de mais de 8 horas.
Ela é super prioridade, além da idade retornou para fazer um reparo de uma cirurgia, todos passaram na frente dela com mais de 3 horas de espera. Absurdo!!
Sejam mais humanizados, por favor!
Bad service, scheduling doesn't work, very bad operating room logistics.
My 92-year-old grandmother was told to arrive super early after fasting for more than 8 hours.
She is super priority, in addition to her age, she returned to make a repair from a surgery, everyone passed in front of her with more than 3 hours of waiting. Absurd!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e última vez no estacionamento. Péssimo atendimento. O médico chega no mínimo 30 minutos atrasado para a consulta. Mesmo você sendo o primeiro para uma consulta com atendimento por ordem de chegada, você não será atendido na hora, esperará muito e terá nuitas pessoas passando na sua frente devido à logística de atendimento da clínica. Péssimo.
First and last time in the parking lot. Terrible attendance. The doctor arrives at least 30 minutes late for the appointment. Even if you are the first for a first-come, first-served appointment, you will not be seen on time, you will wait a long time and have many people passing in front of you due to the clinic's service logistics. Terrible.
