★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do horário agendado, mais de 1h de espera para passar na triagem. Solicitei que as meninas da recepção verificassem o que estava ocorrendo pois várias pessoas que chegaram depois de mim passaram antes. Um absurdo. Não volto mais nesse local.

Para se ter ideia ele tem anotado a mão toda minha consulta desde os 5 anos de idade.. hoje estou com 40 anos... claro que hoje é tudo informatizado.. mas só essa informação para ser ideia da seriedade do trabalho dele... nota 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons, no entanto o atendimento é ineficaz. São muitos funcionários e pouca funcionalidade. O tempo de espera é no nível do absurdo. Muito a melhorar no quesito atendimento atenção e respeito ao paciente....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são competentes e o lugar tem boa estrutura de banheiros, água, café, poltronas e espaço kids. Porém tudo isso não vale a pena considerando o tempo de espera. Do horário marcado na consulta você pode esperar que sairá de lá no mínimo uma hora e meia depois. Considerando que a consulta leva uns 20min o maior tempo que você fica lá é esperando.
Não marque a consulta com compromisso depois vá com tempo e paciência.
The doctors are competent and the place has a good structure of bathrooms, water, coffee, armchairs and kids' space. But all this is not worth considering the waiting time. From the appointment time you can expect that you will leave at least an hour and a half later. Considering that the consultation takes about 20 minutes, the longest you spend there is waiting.
Don't book the appointment with an appointment then go with time and patience.

É a terceira vez que venho, as duas anteriores nem cheguei a ser atendido; fiquei 1h sem sequer chamar a senha pra fazer a entrada, e fui embora pois acho um desrespeito. Hoje uma paciente aqui está reclamando que não foi atendida, horário das 11h... agora são 12:31h. Então, se quiser passar aqui, venha com muito tempo sobrando...
