★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que já tive em hospitais, Dra Débora que me atendeu, nao mediu minha pressão e nem temperatura, e eu com 39°C de febre, não me medicou apenas disse para eu voltar para casa e ficar em isolamento, os hospitais públicos de São José dão de 10 a 0, dica valiosa para quem precisar de atendimento busquem outro hospital, que isso é uma vergonha.
Worst experience I've ever had in hospitals, Dr Débora who attended me, she didn't measure my pressure or temperature, and I had a fever of 39°C, she didn't medicate me, she just told me to go back home and stay in isolation, the public hospitals in São José give from 10 to 0, a valuable tip for those who need care to look for another hospital, because this is a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 2 estrelas apenas porque o pessoal do centro cirúrgico foram maravilhosos, o anestesista um dos melhores que ja passei na vida, o Dr que me operou, cara, mandarei ate um cesta de agradecimento pra ele depois de tudo, e a comida estavam perfeitas, de resto, PIOR HOSPITAL QUE JA TIVE O DESPEAZER DE CONHECER! Tive que fazer uma cirurgia de emergência e o hospital não sabia nem solicitar uma senha corretamente pro convênio, eu e meu marido que tivemos que ir atras, me colocaram num quarto que estava limpo, mas horrível, quente demais, sem ventilação nenhuma e nem a tv ligava nada, apertei a campainha de emergência um bom tempo pois precisava ir ao banheiro e pediram que eu não fosse só por conta da delicadeza da cirurgia e da anestesia, descobri que o fio da campainha esta cortado, e quando falei com a enfermeira ela só disse: nossa, verdade né, levantei e fui só, passando mau e correndo risco de queda mas fui! Infelizmente, vou abrir uma reclamação do descaso que sofri neste hospital para o órgão responsável, pois o valor pago, mesmo sendo convênio, é altíssimo e deveriam ao menos terem um senso de dignidade com um paciente que realmente esta precisando. Outra coisa que achei muito estranho, é que TODO hospital da um kit de higiene basica pro paciente, com escova de dente, um sabonete, um toalha, aqui me informaram que deveria ser trazido pessoalmente de casa. Nao esperava obvio estar em um spa 5 estrelas, mas o fato de nao ter o básico pra um paciente que precisou ser internado com urgência, complicado hein
I'll give it 2 stars just because the OR staff were wonderful, the anesthesiologist one of the best I've ever had in my life, the Dr who operated on me, man, I'll even send him a thank-you basket after all, and the food was perfect It is, by the way, WORST HOSPITAL I EVER HAD THE DESPEAZER TO KNOW! I had to undergo emergency surgery and the hospital could not even request a password correctly for the health insurance, my husband and I, who had to go after, put me in a room that was clean, but horrible, too hot, with no ventilation and no TV turned on nothing, I pressed the emergency bell for a long time because I needed to go to the bathroom and they asked me not to go only because of the delicacy of the surgery and anesthesia, I found that the doorbell wire is cut, and when I spoke to the nurse, she I just said: wow, that's true, I got up and went alone, feeling bad and at risk of falling, but I did! Unfortunately, I'm going to open a complaint about the neglect I suffered in this hospital to the responsible agency, because the amount paid, even being an agreement, is very high and they should at least have a sense of dignity with a patient who really needs it. Another thing I found very strange is that EVERY hospital gives a basic hygiene kit for the patient, with a toothbrush, soap, a towel, here they informed me that it should be brought personally from home. I didn't expect to be in a 5-star spa, of course, but the fact that I don't have the basics for a patient who needed to be hospitalized urgently, complicated huh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha esposa ficou lá e só foram ver ela quando foram dar medicamento, e se eu não chamo ninguém iria tirar o acesso que colocaram nela.
Primeira e última vez nessa unidade.
Terrible service, my wife stayed there and they only went to see her when they went to give her medication, and if I didn't call, no one would take away the access they put on her.
First and last time on this unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento dos médicos, ja foi referência, agora tá pior que o SUS, a enfermagem é a recepção pelo menos trata os pacientes com respeito, mas os médicos, tratam igual lixo....infinitamente Hospital Antonio Afonso ou Vivalle.
Terrible care from doctors, it was a reference, now it's worse than the SUS, nursing is the reception at least treats patients with respect, but doctors treat the same garbage .... infinitely Hospital Antonio Afonso or Vivalle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior que sus. Um médico só para atender todos, espera de mais de uma hora para ser atendido , Tanto na parte dos adultos Quanto na parte infantil. Muito médico despreparado, médico ignorante, lá tem d tudo. Na maternidade então pioro, tudo muito velho e antigo. Nunca viu uma reforma. o quarto q fiquei o banho d 3 minutos o chuveiro ficava frio tinha q chamar o rapaz pra arrumar que demorava horas pra vim. Isso no inverno com contrações para ganhar bebe. Pior experiência. Não indico. Fiquei realmente muito triste e decepcionada, ao ter meu primeiro e unico bebe la e ter tido uma experiência dessa, não poder tomar um banho direito nem no pós parto
