★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aí em julho de 2021 com sintomas de covid febre vomitando dor no corpo prontamente fui atendida fiz o exame de covid que depois de 3 dias saiu positivo fiz o isolamento casa tomei os remédios que o médico receitou por fim fui bem atendida nada a reclamar

Se o seu parente necessitar se internar, não deixem neste lugar, precário (salas quentes sem ventilador, ar condicionado quebrados), tiraram a medicação do meu pai, questionei o por que retiraram, não souberam me informar, cada dia um médico passa informação, resultado ele está na UTI por negligência deste lugar. Procurem outro hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste endereço era uma clínica de urologia e hoje é um centro de recuperação para pacientes com covid. Não sabíamos pois no site do convênio não atualizaram o novo endereço da clínica. Meu marido falou com a atendente que tinha consulta com o urologista e, em vez de ela falar que não tinha esta especialidade lá, pediu para que ele aguardasse com mais outros 20 pacientes com covid na sala de espera.
Espero que ele não tenha sido infectado, pois além da gravidade da doença, temos 3 crianças em casa, sendo 2 recém nascidas.
Péssimo atendimento.
At this address it was a urology clinic and today it is a recovery center for patients with covid. We didn't know because the clinic's new address was not updated on the health insurance website. My husband spoke to the attendant who had an appointment with the urologist and, instead of saying that he did not have this specialty there, asked him to wait with another 20 patients with covid in the waiting room.
I hope he has not been infected, because in addition to the severity of the disease, we have 3 children at home, 2 of whom are newborns.
Terrible attendance.
