★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, acabei de sair da unidade hospitalar, estava contrações em curto intervalo de tempo e com sangramento e a médica arrumando briga com meu marido, pois por lei toda gestante tem direito ao acompanhante, e a mesma não queria deixar ele acompanhar.
Logo em seguida fez barraco por que ele estava com celular, meu marido desligou e mesmo assim queria que ele colocasse na mesa dela, enquanto isso eu sofrendo de dor sem atendimento, sem preocupação do bem estar do paciente, a médica chamou policiais, um absurdo, e no fim a guarda municipal teve mais atenção e cuidado do que a própria médica.
Fica aqui registado minha insatisfação como munícipe, paciente, nem zelo e atenção, NUNCA FUI TRATADA DESSA FORMA, agora com dor estou procurando atendimento em outro lugar

Soon after, she made a shack because he had a cell phone, my husband hung up and still wanted him to put it on her desk, while I was suffering from pain without care, without concern for the patient's well-being, the doctor called the police, an absurd , and in the end the municipal guard received more attention and care than the doctor herself.
Here is my dissatisfaction as a citizen, patient, lack of zeal and attention, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY, now with pain I'm looking for care elsewhere

Uma sujeira teia de aranha nas salas de consulta ..na recepção mau te olham na cara ...médico vai te esaminar não dá nem um avental pra vce tem ficar pelada na frente dele nossa ...eu com hemorragia médico fazendo exame de toc ..uma vergonha atrás da outra ...ainda ele olha pra mim eu com emorragia vem falar estou grávida eu com ultrassom na mão ...enfim não estava grávida e fui embora sem ser medicad ..na real só passei raiva
Hospital de Ribeirão is ugly !!! A cobweb dirt in the consultation rooms ...at the reception they look you in the face ...doctor will examine you he won't even give you an apron so you have to be naked in front of him wow ...me with bleeding doctor doing a smear test ..one shame after another ...he still looks at me I'm emorrhaged come to say I'm pregnant I have an ultrasound in my hand ...I wasn't pregnant anyway and I left without being medicated ..in reality I just got angry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradeço a Deus primeiramente e depois ao Dr Nelson (se não me engano) e também às enfermeiras, anestesista, enfim, todos os que trabalharam para a chegada do meu bebê que estava com sofrimento fetal e no dia 10/10/2021 fui submetida a uma cesárea.
Fui muito bem assistida pela equipe médica, só não deixo 5 estrelas pelo descaso de alguns poucos funcionários.
I thank God first and then Dr Nelson (if I'm not mistaken) and also the nurses, anesthesiologist, in short, everyone who worked for the arrival of my baby who was in fetal distress and on 10/10/2021 I was submitted to a cesarean.
I was very well assisted by the medical team, I just don't leave 5 stars for the negligence of a few employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom agradecer, primeiro a Deus, depois a toda equipe,l do hospital, meu parto foi maravilhoso, salvaram a vida da meu filho que estava em sofrimento fetal, veio perfeito, não insistiram em parto normal inviável, fui muito bem assistida, tanto pelos médicos como pelos enfermeiros, eu e meu bebe só temos a agradecer, confesso que tive um pouco de medo de ter no hospital pq no PS da maternidade é bem demorado é não se da tanta atenção, mais apartir do momento que eu me internei fui muito bem amparada por todos, oro muito a Deus por vcs, que abençoe muito pq trabalham com amor.
Gratidão a todos os médicos, enfermeiros, faxineiras, pessoal da cozinha, a todos minha gratidão.
Well thank you, first to God, then to the entire hospital staff, my delivery was wonderful, they saved my son's life, who was in fetal distress, it came perfect, they didn't insist on an unfeasible normal birth, I was very well assisted, both by the Doctors and nurses, my baby and I can only be grateful, I confess that I was a little afraid of being in the hospital because in the maternity ER it takes a long time, it is not so much attention, but from the moment I was hospitalized I was very well supported by all, I pray a lot to God for you, who bless you a lot because you work with love.
Gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, cleaners, kitchen staff, all my gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 17/10 ganhei minha filha de parto normal nesse hospital, as enfermeiras (em especial a Renata) me trataram super bem, não tenho do que reclamar, a médica também me tratou super bem, por mais que ela fosse um pouco arrogante… Minha única reclamação é sobre a forma que o hospital trata os acompanhantes, trataram as mamães super bem mas os acompanhantes como um nada, me doeu muito na alma ficar internada as 48hr com meu marido de acompanhante e ele sendo mal tratado!! Mas graças a Deus deu tudo certo e estamos todos bem, por mais que eu tenha sido bem tratada, não recomendo o hospital!!
On 10/17 I gave birth to my daughter in this hospital, the nurses (especially Renata) treated me very well, I have nothing to complain about, the doctor also treated me very well, even if she was a little arrogant... My only complaint is about the way the hospital treats the companions, they treated the mothers very well but the companions like nothing, it hurt my soul a lot to be hospitalized for 48 hours with my companion husband and him being treated badly!! But thank God everything worked out and we're all fine, as much as I was treated well, I don't recommend the hospital!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente grata a esse hospital, no dia 11/02 tive minha filha, parto normal e totalmente humanizado, todos os profissionais dentre médicos, enfermeiras etc muito atenciosos e amorosos comigo, grata especialmente a obstetra que fez o meu parto se não me engano o nome dela é Margarete me acompanhou no pré parto e fez o meu parto a todo tempo muito atenciosa, confesso que fui pro hospital com receio, escutamos tantas coisas, mas graças a Deus tudo correu muito bem e não tenho do que reclamar somente agradecer ❤️
Simply grateful to this hospital, on the 11/02th I had my daughter, a normal and fully humanized delivery, all the professionals including doctors, nurses etc. hers is Margarete accompanied me in pre-delivery and delivered my delivery at all times very attentive, I confess that I went to the hospital with fear, we heard so many things, but thank God everything went very well and I have nothing to complain about, just thank you ❤️
