Foi a pior experiĂȘncia em P.A infantil, alĂ©m de aguardar uma hora e meia para apenas fazer a ficha tive que aguardar para medicar meu bebĂȘ de um ano e cinco meses que estava com 39,7 °C, e mesmo assim o mĂ©dico nĂŁo liberou medicação, pediu para aguardar minha vez pois faltavam 9 crianças para serem atendidas. Aguardei 3 horas e meia e sai Ă s 1:45 da manhĂŁ sem atendimento em busca de outro P.A pois tive muito medo do meu bebĂȘ convulsionar por falta de atendimento. Nunca mais coloco meus pĂ©s neste estabelecimento. NĂŁo recomendo!!!!!!!!!!
It was the worst experience in P.A in children, in addition to waiting an hour and a half to just do the form, I had to wait to medicate my one year and five month old baby who was with 39.7 °C, and even then the doctor did not release medication , asked to wait for my turn because there were 9 children left to be attended to. I waited 3 and a half hours and left at 1:45 am without care in search of another P.A because I was very afraid of my baby having a seizure due to lack of care. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

HorrĂ­vel. Depois que virou Notrecare ficou lento e ineficiente. O hospital pode ser lindo, mas estĂĄ longe de ser eficiente. Fiquei trĂȘs horas esperando para minha filha ser atendida. O refeitĂłrio nĂŁo tem nada para alĂ©rgicos a ovos e laticĂ­nios. E olha que estamos falando de um hospital. Minha esposa estava conversando com uma das mĂŁes que estavam na nossa frente e ela relatou estar esperando desde as 15:00 o que representa perto de quatro horas de espera. É muito provĂĄvel que jĂĄ tivesse sido atendido se eu tivesse levado minha filha no SUS. NĂŁo recomendo o local.
Horrible. After it turned into Notrecare it was slow and inefficient. The hospital may be beautiful, but it is far from efficient. I spent three hours waiting for my daughter to be seen. The cafeteria has nothing for those allergic to eggs and dairy. And look, we're talking about a hospital. My wife was talking to one of the mothers who were in front of us and she reported that she had been waiting since 3:00 pm, which represents close to four hours of waiting. It is very likely that I would have already been attended if I had taken my daughter to the SUS. I don't recommend the place.

Minha experiĂȘncia nesse lugar no PS PEDIATRIA foi mais que pĂ©ssima. NĂŁo indico pra ninguĂ©m, se alguĂ©m pensa em fazer esse plano de saĂșde ou se tem outro plano que atenda nesse lugar horrĂ­vel desista! Organização nota zero, por exemplo: te mandam pro raio x e nĂŁo orientam onde Ă© , como faz qdo fica pronto e se tem que pedir o resultado impresso, o tempo de espera Ă© um horror, a pior parte: mais de duas horas para atendimento. FuncionĂĄrios descontentes com o trabalho Ă© nĂ­tido , o despreparo deles Ă© quase que geral! A mĂ©dica entĂŁo, sai de lĂĄ mais confusa com o diagnĂłstico da minha filha do que entrei. Faltou empatia, Ă©tica e eloquĂȘncia. A estrutra do pronto socorro nĂŁo suporta a quantidade de pessoas que recebe. LamentĂĄvel!
My experience in this place at PS PEDIATRICS was beyond bad. I don't recommend it to anyone, if anyone thinks about doing this health plan or if they have another plan that meets this horrible place, give up! Organization score zero, for example: they send you to x-ray and don't guide where it is, how to do it when it's ready and if you have to ask for the printed result, the waiting time is horrible, the worst part: more than two hours for service. Employees dissatisfied with the work is clear, their lack of preparation is almost general! The doctor then leaves there more confused with my daughter's diagnosis than when I went in. Lack of empathy, ethics and eloquence. The emergency room structure does not support the number of people it receives. Unfortunate!

Descaso total atĂ© mesmo com crianças.... Isso aconteceu no ano passado, mas minha amiga comentou que tĂĄ cada vez pior...Levei minha filha quando apresentou febre, fazia uns 2 dias que ela estava cansadinha, mas comendo e brincando normal, daĂ­ me preocupei quando ela teve febre, resolvi nĂŁo esperar os 3 dias e levei ao hospital... Fizeram exames, raio x, e o de COVID mesmo dando negativo falaram que o raio x mostrou que poderia ser COVID e nĂŁo tinha leito disponĂ­vel. Ela estava com a respiração rĂĄpida e por isso nĂŁo deixaram eu amamentar e nem dar ĂĄgua, mas tbm nĂŁo colocaram ela no soro. SĂł no oxigĂȘnio. Questionei se nĂŁo colocariam ela no soro, jĂĄ que eu nĂŁo podia amamentar e ela tinha menos de 2 anos. Colocaram soro depois de 12 horas...Nos deixaram mais de 1 dia e meio numa salinha quente e ninguĂ©m vinha nos dar apoio, eu pedi transferĂȘncia quando ouvi a mĂ©dica dizendo pra enfermeira que meu plano de saĂșde era de "terceiro" e nĂŁo tinha prioridade (ela falou baixinho, mas eu ouvi) e o estado dela piorando, pois sĂł recebeu medicamento para febre. Quando cheguei no outro hospital, sĂł de olhar os exames a mĂ©dica disse que nĂŁo se tratava de COVID e sim de bronquiolite que Ă© comum dar em crianças atĂ© 2 anos. Fizeram os exames e o resultado foi bronquiolite mesmo, recebeu os cuidados necessĂĄrios e viemos embora.

She was breathing fast and that's why they didn't let me breastfeed or give her water, but they didn't put her on the IV either. Only on oxygen. I asked if they wouldn't put her on the IV, since I couldn't breastfeed and she was less than 2 years old. They put in an IV after 12 hours... They left us for more than a day and a half in a hot room and nobody came to support us, I asked for a transfer when I heard the doctor telling the nurse that my health plan was from a "third party" and there was no priority (she spoke softly, but I heard) and her condition was getting worse, as she only received medication for fever. When I arrived at the other hospital, just looking at the exams, the doctor said it wasn't COVID, but bronchiolitis, which is common in children up to 2 years old. They did the exams and the result was bronchiolitis, he received the necessary care and we left.

Uma estrela porque nĂŁo tem a possibilidade de colocar zero. PĂ©ssimo atendimento na pediatria, nem percam seu tempo levando nesse hospital. As crianças esperam por horas para serem atendidas, e depois ficam mais horas esperando medicação ou retorno do exame. Cheguei no hospital 21:30, apesar de ser lactante e com uma bebĂȘ de trĂȘs meses de colo, nĂŁo tem fila preferencial, mesmo estando amparada por lei. Minha filha com febre, faz raio x e espera por duas horas para ser medicada, eles colocam ela no oxigĂȘnio, e ela fica mais trĂȘs horas lĂĄ, em uma sala gelada com o ar condicionado em cima dela, nĂŁo dĂŁo nada para cobrir, começa a cair uma goteira na cama do lado. E quando eu vou reclamar, falando inclusive que gostaria de levar minha filha em outra hospital o mĂ©dico Erick Lima diz que vai chamar o conselho tutelar. Deveria chamar a polĂ­cia pelo descaso com a minha filha, que nem sequer me deram um retorno sobre o raio x. E se eu nĂŁo fosse reclamar, ela continuaria esperando pois a mĂ©dica que atendeu inicialmente nem estava mais no hospital. Uma desorganização entre as enfermeiras. Enfim PÉSSIMO.

And when I go to complain, even saying that I would like to take my daughter to another hospital, the doctor Erick Lima says he will call the tutelary council. I should call the police for the neglect with my daughter, who didn't even give me a return on the x-ray. And if I wasn't going to complain, she would keep waiting because the doctor who initially attended wasn't even in the hospital anymore. A disorganization among the nurses. Anyway, TERRIBLE.

HOSPITAL SAMARITANO sem condiçÔes..., PÉSSIMO atendimento.. mĂ©dicas despreparadas e muita demora no atendimento!! Dia 17/01 ..meu esposo chegou muito fraco com sintomas de gripe, perda de peso repentina..., provĂĄvel infecção na bexiga..., nĂŁo gostei...da forma que meu esposo foi examinado pela Dr Maria Eduarda G. da S.Freitas ..muito atrevimento... nĂŁo era necessĂĄrio meu esposo ficar totalmente descoberto pra examina-lo... nĂŁo vou entrar em detalhes ...pois nĂŁo convĂ©m..!! Essa mĂ©dica sĂł receitou um remedinho pra dor ..um antiflamatorio e uma pomada .., nĂŁo mediu febre . nĂŁo pediu exame de sangue, meu esposo voltou do mesmo jeito pra casa...mesmos sintomas...precisava urgente procurar pronto socorro no mĂ­nimo fazer exames de sangue e urina pra saber oque estava acontecendo com ele!! No dia 21/01.., procuramos o hospital EvangĂ©lico..prontamente fomos atendido por uma enfermeira meu marido estava positivo de covid .. infecção na bexiga..diabetes altĂ­ssima 460... pressĂŁo baixa... imediadanente urgentemente foi pra sala de medicação e precisou ficar internado.!! .Que atendimento exemplar do hospital Evangelico...parabĂ©ns a todos os funcionĂĄrios!! Meu marido estĂĄ internado e sendo medicado e graças a Deus ...logo ficarĂĄ bem e receberĂĄ alta ..!
SAMARITANO HOSPITAL without conditions..., TERRIBLE service.. unprepared doctors and a lot of delay in attendance!! On 01/17 ..my husband arrived very weak with flu symptoms, sudden weight loss..., probable bladder infection..., I didn't like it... the way my husband was examined by Dr Maria Eduarda G. da S.Freitas ..very daring... it wasn't necessary for my husband to be completely uncovered to examine him... I won't go into details...because it's not convenient..!! This doctor only prescribed a medicine for the pain ..an anti-inflammatory and an ointment .., she did not measure fever. didn't ask for a blood test, my husband came home the same way...same symptoms...it was urgent to go to the emergency room at least to do blood and urine tests to find out what was happening to him!! On the 21/01.., we looked for the Evangelical hospital.. we were promptly attended by a nurse my husband was positive for covid .. bladder infection.. very high diabetes 460... low blood pressure... immediately urgently went to the emergency room. medication and had to be hospitalized.!! .What an exemplary service from the Evangelico hospital...congratulations to all the employees!! My husband is hospitalized and being medicated and thank God ... soon he will be fine and he will be discharged ..!

Em janeiro 25/01/22 fui atendida e medicada. Sala 7 ...ApĂłs a medicação nĂŁo me chamaram mais, voltei na atendente e pediu para aguardar e que era automĂĄtico para voltar na sala 7 a rechamada pĂłs medicação ( nem olhou para mim). Depois que passou da meia noite para minha surpresa eu nĂŁo fui rechamada ( aguardava desde as 11 horas da noite jĂĄ medicada), perguntei para o funcionĂĄrio que me medicou e disse que teria que aguardar. Continuei aguardando..... Chamaram na sala 8 apĂłs eu reclamar pela 5 vez... O mĂ©dico iniciou o atendimento na sala 8. Expliquei que era a continuação de atendimento, aĂ­ ele pediu para verificar na recepçao pois constava como um novo atendimemto.. Voltei novamente na atendente de madrugada e para minha surpesa perderam a minha ficha de atendimento ( sĂł olharam porque chorei ao perceber a falta de atençao . A Ășltima atendente foi super receptiva, teve impatia comigo, porĂ©m a anterior foi nĂŁo teve profissionalismo.... Masde um vez expliquei que que estava demorando muito e que fichas novas estavam entrando na sala da mĂ©dica e eu nada... Terminei a consulta com a mĂ©dica iniciando todo o atendimento sala 03 e perguntando quais remĂ©dios tinha tomado o lĂĄ dentro do hospital e etc.... Falei o que lembrei pois estava nada bem... Entendo que todos estejam esgotados, o que nĂŁo entendo Ă© a falta de empatia de algum funcionĂĄrios

After midnight, to my surprise, I was not called back (I had been waiting since 11 pm already medicated), I asked the employee who medicated me and said I would have to wait. I kept waiting..... They called in room 8 after I complained for the 5th time... The doctor started the service in room 8. I explained that it was a continuation of service, then he asked to check at the reception because it was a new service.. I went back to the attendant at dawn and to my surprise they lost my attendance record (they only looked because I cried when I realized the lack of attention. The last attendant was super receptive, she had empathy with me, but the previous one was unprofessional.... But once I explained that it was taking a long time and that new files were coming into the doctor's room and I didn't... I ended the consultation with the doctor, starting all the service in room 03 and asking what medicines he had taken inside the hospital and etc.... I said what I remembered because it was nothing good... I understand that everyone is exhausted, what I don't understand is the lack of empathy of some employees

Uma estrela devido ao fato de não ser possível dar Zero, atendimento humanizado não sei aonde! Pediatras passeando nos corredores em vídeo chamada, atendente mais preocupada com o whatsapp do que com as crianças aguardando atendimento e por aí vai ladeira abaixo! Notredame conseguiu acabar com o Samaritano, lixo total.
One star due to the fact that it is not possible to give Zero, humanized service I don't know where! Pediatricians walking the halls on video call, attendant more concerned with whatsapp than with children waiting for service and so on downhill! Notredame managed to finish off Samaritan, total garbage.
