Fernando Amaral há mais ou menos 8 anos atrás na clínica forma, até hoje sou absolutamente grata e satisfeita com o trabalho que ele fez. Tenho ouvido ultimamente muito sobre a LIPO LAD, onde além de retirada a gordura localizada são definidos os músculos abdominais, e enxertado a própria gordura em pontos específicos para harmonizar as formas do corpo. Foi exatamente isso ele fez no meu corpo há quase 10 ANOS ATRÁS, e tudo continua perfeito até hoje!! ? Visionário!!! Parabéns ao Dr. Fernando e ao excelente trabalho que ele fez! ??
I did a lipo sculpture and grafting of the buttocks with De. Fernando Amaral about 8 years ago in the clinical form, until today I am absolutely grateful and satisfied with the work he did. I've been hearing a lot lately about LIPO LAD, where in addition to removing the localized fat, the abdominal muscles are defined, and grafted the fat itself at specific points to harmonize the body shapes. That's exactly what he did to my body almost 10 YEARS AGO, and everything is still perfect today !! ? Visionary !!! Congratulations to Dr. Fernando and the excellent work he has done! ??

Sempre sonhei em colocar silicone e uma amiga já haviam colocado com o Dr. Renato Muzzi da Clinica Forma. Em jan/19 fiz uma consulta com ele e definitivamente me decepcionei demais. Esperei na recepção 2h10 para ser atendida, qse fui embora umas 4 vezes, mas a vontade era tanta que esperei. A consulta demorou 15min e como ja estava tarde, o Dr estava cansado e n senti a atenção que merecia.
Pesquisei na internet os comentários e tds diziam dessa falta de respeito em fazer os pacientes esperarem.
Marquei uma 2ª consulta achando que tinha tido má sorte na 1ª, e, novamente, esperei qse 2h30 para ser atendida. Nesse dia vi uma paciente com 3 dias de cirurgia, esperando para ser atendida e estava morrendo de dor pois sua cirurgia tinha dado complicação. Ela disse q ja estava a quase 1h esperando. Alem de que as 2 vezes que fui la, vi VÁRIAS pacientes inconformadas com este fato. E ai cai na real de que n precisava passar por aquela falta de respeito.
No dia seguinte marquei consulta com outro médico e nem acreditei na recepção que tive. Fiz a cirurgia com ele e foi simplesmente a melhor decisão. Preferi pagar um pouco mais caro, mas a consciência estava limpa de que se acontecesse alguma coisa, eu teria total apoio. Afinal, a cirurgia mais simples pode levar a serias complicações.
Então Clinica Forna, desejo a vocês mais respeito e consideração pelas pacientes que fazem a sua reputação. Pois temos sonhos, e sonhos tem que ser realizados da melhor forma possível.

I always dreamed of putting silicone and a friend they had already put with Dr. Renato Muzzi of Clinica Forma. On Jan / 19 I made an appointment with him and I was definitely disappointed. I waited at the reception 2h10 to be answered, I went away 4 times, but the will was so much that I waited. The consultation took 15 minutes and as it was late, Dr was tired and did not feel the attention he deserved.
I searched the internet for the comments and they said they lacked respect in getting patients to wait.
I made a 2nd appointment thinking I had bad luck on the 1st, and again, I waited for 2:30 to be answered. That day I saw a patient with 3 days of surgery, waiting to be seen and was dying of pain because her surgery had given complication. She said that she was already waiting almost 1 hour. In addition to the 2 times I went there, I saw VARIOUS patients dissatisfied with this fact. And there it is that it did not really have to go through that lack of respect.
The next day I checked with another doctor and I did not believe the reception I had. I did the surgery with him and it was simply the best decision. I preferred to pay a little more dearly, but my conscience was clear that if anything happened, I would have full support. After all, simpler surgery can lead to serious complications.
So Clinica Forna, I wish you more respect and consideration for the patients who make your reputation. For we have dreams, and dreams have to be fulfilled in the best way possible.

Em 06 de janeiro de 2021 fiz uma consulta com o Dr. Renato Muzzi da Clinica Forma e me decepcionei demais. Esperei na recepção mais de 3 horas para ser atendida, a consulta demorou 10 minutos e estou até hoje esperando o orçamento.
Bad experience!

Só tenho que agradecer a todos da clínica forma.fiz uma cirurgia de prótese silicone, abdominoplastia e lipo no dia 15/07/2020.
As recepcionistas são muito educadas e carinhosas. Agradeço a equipe do financeiro e da enfermagem maravilhosos, Otima estrutura da Clínica. Agradeço tmb a equipe do Dr. Fernando Amaral, por toda a assistência, carinho e respeito. Ao Dr. Fernando, só tenho que parabenizar pelo trabalho, mesmo que só tenho poucos dias de cirurgia, mas o resultado e nítido, já estou muito satisfeita. Obrigada pela atenção, sempre que preciso, ligo direto no celular do Dr. Fernando, sou bem tratada e orientada.

I just have to thank everyone at the forma clinic. I had a silicone prosthesis, abdominoplasty and lipo surgery on 07/15/2020.
The receptionists are very polite and caring. I thank the wonderful financial and nursing team, great structure of the Clinic. I also thank Dr. Fernando Amaral's team, for all the assistance, affection and respect. To Dr. Fernando, I just have to congratulate him for the work, even though I only have a few days of surgery, but the result is clear, I am already very satisfied. Thank you for your attention, whenever I need it, I call Dr. Fernando directly on my cell phone, I am well treated and oriented.
