★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma visita ao hospital pra escolher onde terei meu neném, e fiquei muito surpresa com o ambiente que vi. Ouvi muitas pessoas falando mal, mas até agora fiquei impressionada com a gentileza e hospitalidade como me trataram. Participamos de uma ótima palestra de como é o parto normal e tudo sobre esse momento. Fui muito bem recebida pela assistente social que me mostrou tudo. Se tinha dúvidas não tenho mas! Super recomendo.
 I went to visit the hospital to choose where I will have my baby, and was very surprised by the environment I saw. I've heard a lot of people talking badly, but so far I've been impressed with the kindness and hospitality they treated me. We attended a great lecture as normal and all delivery on this moment. I was very well received by the social worker who showed me everything. If I had questions I have no but! Super recommend it.

Irresponsible... I had an MRI and they gave me the wrong report. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma patifaria serviço de atendimento desse hospital. Desde o mês de setembro que tento marcar retorno com Dr Cleiton Ramos, convênio Unimed. Ligo praticamente toda semana, a secretaria Lilian toda vez me informa data diferente. Mas se for com dinheiro na mão tinha agendado ainda pro mês de setembro. Saúde-doença enquanto mercadoria, as instituições de saúde como esse hospital estão unicamente interessados no lucro, portanto, só no dinheiro. Lamentável
A rogue care service at that hospital. Since the month of September I have been trying to arrange a return visit with Dr Cleiton Ramos, Unimed agreement. Dei entrada pelo SUS, cada funcionário tem um regulamento diferente, perguntamos para a infermeira qual o procedimento para visita, a mesma informou que o pai tem passagem livre, e outras pessoas só no horário da visita, assim no outro dia fui barrado, este senhor disse que não, pai também só no horário da visita. Já me operei particular, minha esposa fez o parto particular com Dr shinkai, a pesar da recepção falar que são mesmas pessoas no SUS, mais isso não é verdade meu filho está na pediatria pelo SUS e o tratamento é diferente o povo é arrogante, fui na recepção para mudar para particular, a atendente repete várias vezes, olha particular é 900,00 a diária, fica julgando pela cara, não perguntei o preço e sim o procedimento para mudar para partícula, super arrogante a recepção também, este senhor da foto não fica atrás na arrogância!

I was admitted by SUS, each employee has a different regulation, we asked the nurse which procedure to visit, she informed that her father has free passage, and other people only during the visit, so the other day I was stopped, this gentleman he said no, father also only during visiting hours. I already had a private operation, my wife had a private delivery with Dr Shinkai, despite the reception saying that they are the same people at SUS, but this is not true my son is in pediatrics at SUS and the treatment is different, the people are arrogant, I went at the reception to change to private, the attendant repeats several times, look at private is 900.00 per day, is judging by the face, I did not ask the price but the procedure for changing to a particle, the receptionist was super arrogant too, this man in the photo don't fall behind in arrogance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 20/11/21 fui para esse hospital é as funcionárias me trataram super bem, excelentes profissionais, me sentir muito acolidas por elas (técnicas de enfermagem e a médica). Fui muito bem atendida por elas, se um dia eu precisar, pretendo voltar lá. Um funcionário da portaria me levou super rápido na cadeira de roda, para eu logo ser atendida, estou muito agradecida. Ainda existem profissionais que amam o que faz, já outros infelizmente olham só o dinheiro.
On 11/20/21 I went to this hospital and the employees treated me very well, excellent professionals, I felt very welcomed by them (nursing technicians and the doctor). I was very well attended by them, if one day I need it, I intend to go back there. An employee at the concierge took me super fast in the wheelchair, so that I could be attended to, I am very grateful. There are still professionals who love what they do, while others unfortunately only look at money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma ressonância da pelve e me deram diagnóstico errado, disseram que eu estava com um tumor no ovário mas na verdade estava com gravidez ectópica... Por pouco não morri... E se você precisar da emergência a noite nem vá porque eles não fazem nem se quer exame de sangue... Se tiver condições vá pra Belém...
I had an MRI of the pelvis and they gave me the wrong diagnosis, they said I had an ovarian tumor but actually I had an ectopic pregnancy... I almost died... And if you need the emergency at night, don't even go because they don't they don't even do a blood test... If you can afford it, go to Belém...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da atendente que faz o procedimento para ressonância.
1. Não auxilia o paciente em como ter a liberação para o exame.
2. É debochada ao fazer perguntas.
3. Estava com a liberação em mãos e me pergunta, " qual parte do corpo quero fazer a ressonância?"
Expliquei que havia descrito para o médico e que estava na autorização.
Falou "não posso escolher a parte do corpo que queres fazer a ressonância"
Estamos em uma época em que as pessoas deveriam no mínimo ter humanização para trabalhar no setor de saúde. E essa moça deveria passar por reciclagem no que tange assunto recursos humanos.
Enfim....
Estamos bem assistidos (ironia)
Terrible service from the attendant who does the procedure for resonance.
1. It does not help the patient to obtain clearance for the exam.
2. Is mocking when asking questions.
3. I had the release in hand and asked, "which part of the body do I want to do the resonance?"
I explained that I had described it to the doctor and that it was in the authorization.
He said "I can't choose the part of the body you want to do the MRI"
We are at a time when people should at least be humanized to work in the health sector. And this girl should undergo recycling in terms of human resources.
