Meu marido foi operado la e foi muito bem tratado pelos medicos.
Unico problema e que os telefones não funcionam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital não tem segurança nenhuma, durante a noite desta quinta feira entraram no quarto onde meu irmão está operado e furtaram o celular dele de dentro da bolsa da minha mãe,roubaram de dentro do hospital, minha mãe foi com a assitente social pra vê nas câmeras de segurança pra vê quem entrou no quarto, a assintente falou que ninguém avia entrado no quarto, mais ela não mostrou a filmagem pra
minha mãe, meu irmão ia ter alta só amanhã sábado 26.09.2020, agora a assitente passou no quarto pra da alta pra todos que tavam dentro do quarto inclusive meu irmão, minha mãe falou que ia na delegacia mais a assistente social falou que a polícia não ia resolver nada, então concerteza alguém entrou no quarto e pegou o celular pra ela falar assim.
Estou indignada com essa situação.
O celular tava com a penas 2 meses de uso.
E o hospital não dá uma assistência pra minha mãe, sobre o acontecimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, um hospital que só tem emergência em horários específicos ,vc tem que ficar por três horas de tempo esperando o medico da emergência chegar, não é consulta é emergência!!!!! até onde eu sei emergência é 24 hs, não é?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial da parte médica é enfermeiros esta de parabéns, porém a recepção é alguns funcionários de algumas salas de exames, nota 0, um descaso total com o público, triste por isso, devem ser fiscalizados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima não dao comida para o acompanhante diz que é lei aí o acompanhante não tem condição não pode ir na sua casa e ficar com fome durante três dias odiei o tempo que passei lá se eu tivesse condição de comprar ou ir em casa buscar comida eu ia para um hospital particular essa lei tem que mudar pq se não Muita gente vai fiar com se morar em castanhal
Obs= só são comida para o acompanhante que estiver com menor de 18 anos ou maior de 60 e quem mora ficar d castanhal gente isso não é esse nem todos tem condições de ir em casa buscar comida nem condições de comprar se liguem nisso se muitos estão aí é pq precisam é não tem condição de estar num lugar melhor entenderam melhorem isso
