★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Só tenho que em primeiro lugar agradecer a DEUS. Segundo a todos pois me internei no dia 16/01/22 fiz minha cirurgia no dia 17/01/22 e tive alta no dia 18/01/22. Fiquei na enfermaria 227 só tenho que agradecer todos os profissionais que me deram apoio. Desde as pessoas da limpeza,as enfermeiras e a equipe médica sem palavras. Só peço a DEUS que abençoe a todos em especial a Maria Aparecida da rouparia. A de. Lara o anestesista Vicente. Sem palavras só gratidão muitíssimo obrigada ?
Good afternoon. I just have to thank God first. According to everyone, because I was hospitalized on 1/16/22 I had my surgery on 1/17/22 and was discharged on 1/18/22. I stayed in ward 227, I just have to thank all the professionals who supported me. From the cleaning people, the nurses and the medical staff speechless. I only ask God to bless you all, especially Maria Aparecida from the clothes shop. the of. Lara the anesthesiologist Vicente. No words just gratitude thank you so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2018 pela.primwira vez utilizei o SUS, nem sabia para onde recorrer e dei entrada na emergência e fui muito bem atendida, apenas uma demora na hora de aplicar o soro, mas acredito q devido a frequência alta é normal um certo estresse. Mas fui maravilhosamente bem atendida, do exames de raio x e ultrassom. Os médicos jovens e atenciosos.
Agradeço as enfermeiras e médicos que me atenderam. Nosso SUS é o melhor do mundo.??
In 2018, for the first time, I used the SUS, I didn't even know where to turn to and I went to the emergency room and I was very well attended, just a delay when applying the serum, but I believe that due to the high frequency, a certain stress is normal. But I was wonderfully well taken care of, from the x-ray and ultrasound exams. Young and caring doctors.
I thank the nurses and doctors who attended to me. Our SUS is the best in the world.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo, profissionais exelentes. Porém pela segunda vez só me deram atestado de horas... E detalhe, as horas não são do momento que vc chega na recepção da unidade e sim quando você passa pelo médico...antes de passar pelo médico vc passa pela recepção, aí espera, passa pelo registro, aí espera, passa pela classificação de risco, aí espera e só dps é atendido pelo médico. Minha filha está com uma virose, vomitando e com febre...foi medicada, ficou no soro..cheguei em casa ela voltou a vomitar. Faltei trabalho e amanhã terei que faltar de novamente pois minha filha não está bem e não tem cabimento eu deixar ela na creche nesse estado.
Great service, excellent professionals. But for the second time, they only gave me a certificate of hours... And detail, the hours are not when you arrive at the reception of the unit, but when you go to the doctor... before going to the doctor, you go through the reception, then wait, go through the registration, then wait, go through the risk classification, then wait and only dps is seen by the doctor. My daughter has a virus, vomiting and fever...she was medicated, she was on the serum..I got home and she started vomiting again. I missed work and tomorrow I will have to miss it again because my daughter is not well and it is not appropriate for me to leave her at daycare in this state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei aqui com minha esposa e meu filho de 1 ano e 2 meses , ele está com febre e não consegue dormir , chora direto . Assim que chegamos no primeiro atendimento informaram que iria levar 4 horas para ele ser atendido !!
Chegamos 23 horas e agora são 3:30 e ainda estamos aqui esperando . Hospital público é uma vergonha !!! Infelizmente dependemos disso.
I arrived here with my wife and my 1 year and 2 month old son, he has a fever and cannot sleep, he cries all the time. As soon as we arrived at the first service, they informed that it would take 4 hours for him to be attended to!!
We arrived at 23:00 and it is now 3:30 and we are still here waiting. Public hospital is a disgrace !!! Unfortunately we depend on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou 5 pq é hospital público e INFELIZMENTE muitas vezes não é tão limpo quanto um particular porém fora isso é tudo muito BOM. Quero deixar aqui meu elogio para parte PEDIÁTRICA . Tenho dois planos de saúde mas sempre que estou em uma emergência eu corro para lá pq sei que lá vou conseguir todos exames na msm hora e a atenção devida que muitas vezes não temos no particular. Os médicos pediátrico são maravilhosos, exame de sangue , raio x p criança ... Tudo rápido. Obviamente com o problema de ser compartilhado as vezes com os adultos qnd tem problema na parte geral do hospital mas geralmente a parte pediátrica é só as crianças mesmo e não é tão cheio alguns horários. Todas as duas vezes que eu fui sempre fui bem tratada e trataram minha bebê como se fosse filho deles, sempre perguntando como ela estava , sempre colocando paninho molhado na cabeça dela p baixar a febre (a enfermeira), fazendo carinho, pedindo p ter calma...enfim.... Uns amores. Obviamente tem gente mal humorada tbm mas a maioria é gente de bem e com ótimo coração. Eu gosto MT desse hospital. Nunca fui na parte de adultos e imagino q seja correria por conta de atender todos tipos de ocorrência porém a parte pediátrica costuma ser tranquila :) obrigada toda equipe pelo carinho de vcs.
I just don't give 5 because it's a public hospital and UNFORTUNATELY it's often not as clean as a private one, but apart from that it's all very GOOD. I want to leave here my compliment for the PEDIATRIC part. I have two health plans but whenever I'm in an emergency I run there because I know I'll get all the exams there at the same time and the proper attention that we often don't have in particular. Pediatric doctors are wonderful, blood test, child x-ray... Everything fast. Obviously with the problem of being shared sometimes with adults, there is a problem in the general part of the hospital, but generally the pediatric part is only for the children and it is not so busy at certain times. Every two times I was treated I was well treated and they treated my baby as if she were their child, always asking how she was doing, always putting a wet cloth on her head to lower the fever (the nurse), caressing, asking her to take it easy ...anyway.... Some loves. Obviously there are people in a bad mood too, but most are good people with a great heart. I like this hospital MT. I've never been to the adult part and I imagine it's a rush to attend to all types of occurrences, but the pediatric part is usually quiet :) thank you to the whole team for your kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento desse hospital, deveriam ter mas repeito pelo próximo, estive na mesma quarta feira no dia 04/05/2022 com meu bebê de dois anos com febre alta, tinha convucionado, estava vomitando, enfim meu filho não estava nada bem mesmo, eu corri com ele para e achando que conseguiria ajuda e que resolveria algo e nada,cheguei duas e pouca da tarde passei pelo registro, depois classificação de risco onde não classificaram nada, aliás não deram importância pra tudo que eu falei, pq meu filho só foi ser atendido as 22 e pouca da noite por um médico mal educado,me desmentindo do que relatei pra ele dizendo pra mim "nem febre seu filho tem" sendo que mal tinha encostado no meu filho e ainda por cima não quis passar os exames que eu pedir que por favor passe por conta da convulsão que meu filho havia tido, ele não queria fazer mas de tanto eu insistir foi que ele fez um pedido de exame de sangue com muito custo, no fim não consegui fazer esse exame por conta da demora no atendimento pq se eu tivesse ficado ali só iria sair de madrugada pois nesse momento já eram 23 e pouca da noite e meu filho com febre alta precisando de exames com urgência, então fui embora dali direto pra um UPA infantil em Caxias para que meu filho pudesse ser atendido de verdade. Esse pessoal não tem nenhum respeito por um ser humano, estou indignada com tudo que aconteceu ae com meu filho o descaso foi total.
Terrible service from this hospital, they should have but respect for the next one, I was on the same Wednesday on 05/04/2022 with my two-year-old baby with a high fever, I had a convuation, I was vomiting, anyway my son was not well at all, I I ran with him to and thinking I would get help and that I would solve something and nothing, I arrived at two in the afternoon I went through the registration, then risk classification where they didn't classify anything, in fact they didn't give importance to everything I said, because my son just went to be seen at 10 pm by a rude doctor, denying what I told him saying to me "your son doesn't even have a fever" since he had barely touched my son and on top of that he didn't want to pass the exams that I ask you to please go through because of the seizure that my son had had, he didn't want to do it but I insisted so much that he made a request for a blood test at a great cost, in the end I couldn't do this test because of the delay in service because if I had stayed there I would only go out at dawn because at that moment it was already 11 pm and my son had a high fever in urgent need of tests, so I left there straight to a children's UPA in Caxias so that my son could really be taken care of. These people have no respect for a human being, I am outraged at everything that happened to my son and the neglect was total.
