Mas a parte que é para as crianças desistressar um pouco a senhorinha lá baixinha do cabelo loiro trata as crianças com maior ignorância que nao pode baguncar enfim ,esse tipo de gente não é pra trabalhar onde tem crianca,maes sensíveis e por aí vai! Muita indignação com essa senhora !
 The pediatrics team is excellent, my son is being very well attended! But the part that is for the children to destress a little, the little lady there with the blonde hair treats the children with greater ignorance that they can't mess up anyway, these types of people are not to work where there are children, sensitive mothers and so on! Much indignation with this lady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes da recepção são grosseiros e a demora no atendimento da emergência é bem pior. Paciente fica horas sofrendo sem ser atendido.
Reception attendants are rude and the delay in emergency service is much worse. Patient spends hours suffering without being attended to.

Sabril medicine is missing from the pharmacy and my son already suffers from west syndrome. And he has convulsions with the lack. For the love of God, give us a sign of arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um hospital q prioriza ensinar e formar médicos. Uma instituição q deixa a desejar na área da saúde. Porq se é uma referência como dizem porq morre tanta criança lá. As vezes tem casos q eles ficam mais na pesquisa doque mesmo na solução do problema. E é tudo sucateado. Muito velho o hospital e as reformas são só maquiagem. A ouvidoria assim como assistentes sociais não resolvem nada. O q se ver lá dentro é um protegendo o outro. Tem uma energia muito ruim no lugar. Os médicos da ultrasons e do ECG são os mais cavalos q já vi na vida. Deixam as crianças em jejum até 2 hs da tarde as vezes porq não tem compromisso de chegar na hora certa. Ainda são cheios razão. E sem contar q sempre chegam crianças internas e da emergência e colocam na frente do pessoal q chegou do interior 5,6 hr da manhã. Acho q o paciente é muito desrespeitado lá. Fora o laboratório q é um caos.
A hospital that prioritizes teaching and training doctors. An institution that leaves something to be desired in the health area. Because if it's a reference as they say because so many children die there. Sometimes there are cases where they are more in the research than in the solution of the problem. And it's all scrapped. The hospital is very old and the renovations are just make-up. The ombudsman as well as social workers do not solve anything. What you see inside is one protecting the other. There's really bad energy in the place. The ultrasound and ECG doctors are the most horses I've ever seen in my life. They leave the children fasting until 2 pm sometimes because there is no commitment to arrive on time. They are still full right. And not to mention that internal and emergency children always arrive and place them in front of the staff who arrived from the countryside at 5.6 hr in the morning. I think the patient is very disrespected there. Outside the laboratory, which is chaos.

São ignorantes .não tratam as pessoas bem .com educação....faltam n atender o telefone .sou acostumada com os profissionais do Sarah q sabem atender a pessoa com respeito ..quando chego aí já mim sinto mal..hoje levei minha filha pra emergência do Albert sabin ..foi atendida por uma dr arrogante. Esperamos o neurocirurgião e ele não apareu ..a dr nem olhou pra menina ..antes que agente termine de falar ela já interrompe..trouxe minha filha pra casa sem ser atendida é uma vergonha fui falar com assiste. Socialtambém não resolveu nada ....tô indignada..falta de respeito com a pessoal..
My daughter was only seen there because I went to court I don't like the care I go because I have to go ..her doctor is Dr Werley Soares. They are ignorant .they don't treat people well .with politeness....they don't answer the phone. for Albert sabin's emergency ..was attended by an arrogant dr. We waited for the neurosurgeon and he didn't show up ..the dr didn't even look at the girl ..before we finish talking she interrupts ..she brought my daughter home without being seen it's a shame I went to talk to the assistant. Social also didn't solve anything....I'm outraged..lack of respect for the staff..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hospital. Não existe justificativa para uma administração tão deplorável e desastrosa como a desse hospital. Desde a equipe de segurança, as recepcionistas, enfermeiros, médicos, técnicos, auxiliares de limpeza...enfim, não se salva UM. Não sei qual critério é usado na admissão de tais "profissionais", pois a realidade do atendimento nesse hospital chega a ser hilário. O Governo do Estado do Ceará juntamente com a prefeitura municipal deveriam, urgentemente, dar uma atenção especial a esse hospital. Péssima experiência com eles! Se vc não tiver dinheiro pra pagar um plano de saúde pro seu filho, mesmo que seja o mais simples, com certeza se optar em levar seu filho nesse hospital será uma experiência traumatizante.
Terrible hospital. There is no justification for such a deplorable and disastrous administration as that of this hospital. From the security team, receptionists, nurses, doctors, technicians, cleaning assistants... in short, ONE is not saved. I don't know what criterion is used in the admission of such "professionals", because the reality of care in this hospital is hilarious. The Ceará State Government together with the municipal government should urgently give special attention to this hospital. Bad experience with them! If you don't have the money to pay for a health plan for your child, even if it's the simplest, for sure if you choose to take your child to this hospital it will be a traumatic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha é acompanhada pela equipe de pediatria do hospital, as médicas são maravilhosas, quero deixar registrado minha indignação por varias coisas, primeira que houve uma mudança é só pode entrar 1 pessoa com a criança e é muito cansativo, passamos muitas horas de espera prar ser atendidos, precisamos de alguém para ajudar, nesse meio tempo precisamos fazer leite, trocar fraldas,as vezes até banhar, como fazemos isso sozinhas!? Cheia de bolsas, isso é desumano, e outra o espaço em que nosso bebês esperam pra ser atendidos é num corredor que ficam carregando cargas do hospital a todo momento, muito barulho, muito stressantre , funcionários passam com carrinhos super barulhentos a todo momento. A sra que trabalha no peso, não tem jeito com bebês,é mal educada, mal humorada e fingida, finge que gosta de crianças, todas as vezes que entro pra pesar minha filha ela fica conversando coisas pessoais dela com outra funcionária, e a gente fica lá dentro com cara de tacho aguardando a boa vontade dela, hoje ela estava no Whatsapp e disse espera aí um pouquinho .. essa parte em que falo é um local que se chama Noel, onde fazemos as marcações de retorno.
O hospital precisa de estrutura e pessoas mais empaticas que gostem de crianças, essa senhora já está robotizada, eu tenho certeza que faz décadas que ela trabalha lá, já n consegue mais se colocar no lugar de ninguém só pensa nela. Enfim, sou grata a tudo que fizeram pela minha filha, mas também não posso dizer que tudo é uma maravilha!
My daughter is accompanied by the pediatrics team at the hospital, the doctors are wonderful, I want to register my indignation for several things, first that there was a change and only 1 person can enter with the child and it is very tiring, we spent many hours waiting for be taken care of, we need someone to help, in the meantime we need to make milk, change diapers, sometimes even bathe, how do we do it alone!? Full of bags, this is inhumane, and another space where our babies wait to be treated is in a corridor that is carrying hospital loads at all times, a lot of noise, a lot of stress, employees pass with super noisy carts at all times. The lady who works with weight, has no way with babies, is rude, moody and fake, pretends she likes children, every time I come in to weigh my daughter she keeps talking about her personal things with another employee, and we he stays inside looking like a pot waiting for her goodwill, today she was on whatsapp and said wait a little bit .. this part where I speak is a place called Noel, where we make the return appointments.
The hospital needs structure and more empathetic people who like children, this lady is already roboticized, I'm sure she's been working there for decades, she can no longer put herself in anyone's shoes, she only thinks about her. Anyway, I'm grateful for everything they've done for my daughter, but I can't say that everything is wonderful either!
