Porém no dia marcado não estava agendado perdi meu tempo gastei gasolina e nem se quer um pedido de desculpa recebi a chefe da recepção veio tentar resolver mais só queria se livrar do problema e em momento nenhum mesmo com todas as provas assumiram o erro e se desculparam por ele

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal um alerta, é Pessimo demais e o convênio amil tem que respeitar mais o consumidor em todo os seus apaectos, nao façam esse convênio e se atentem as avaliações para o conceito geral dessa empresa para que nao passem por experiências desse tipo como ex de tentar ligar na recepção e ficar pendurado no telefone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar o atendimento para preenchimento de fichas, são 2 recepcionistas q por sinal são atenciosas, mas para fazer um tudo não da, chegamos cedo para não atrasar na consulta e atrasa por causa das fichas as meninas não dão conta, todo Hospital Ipiranga tem a maquina de senhas, diferenciando atendimento normal e preferencial só aqui em Suzano que não tem, para um boa organização no atendimento isso e bem preciso, as meninas ficam controlando apenas pelo um relatório de atendimento, uma hora elas se perdem, vamos melhorar isso gente, as ferramentas de automatização estão ai para serem usadas.
