★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com o hospital foi péssima!!
A doutora Raquel Lamas agendou uma cirurgia de hérnia umbilical para minha filha na data de hoje. Liguei na Central diversas vezes para confirmar e fui atendida uma única vez onde informaram que eu deveria retornar pois ouve um erro no credenciamento da medica e que seria resolvido na semana, liguei diversas vezes e não fui atendida. Hoje fui ao hospital com minha filha de jejum desde a noite anterior e depois de 2h sem atendimento da recepção e ouvindo somente os seguranças dizendo que deveria aguardar, eu questionei se estava confirmada pois minha filha estava de jejum e somente depois fui chamada na recepção e informada que não havia cirurgia agendada e que inclusive outras 3 mães passaram pela mesma situação. Descaso total! Tentei falar com a ouvidoria e primeiro tinha que aguardar autorização para entrar, depois tinha que esperar a responsável descer, enfim desisti de esperar pós estávamos todos cansados e sem comer. Um descaso total desde o atendimento, médicos, ouvidoria!! Acolhimento e profissionalismo zero!!

Dr Raquel Lamas scheduled an umbilical hernia surgery for my daughter on today's date. I called the Central several times to confirm and I was answered only once where they informed me that I should return because there was an error in the doctor's accreditation and that it would be resolved within the week, I called several times and was not answered. Today I went to the hospital with my daughter, fasting since the night before and after 2 hours without assistance from the reception and hearing only the security guards saying that I should wait, I asked if it was confirmed because my daughter was fasting and only then was I called at reception and informed that there was no surgery scheduled and that even 3 other mothers went through the same situation. Total neglect! I tried to talk to the ombudsman and first I had to wait for authorization to enter, then I had to wait for the person in charge to come down, finally I gave up waiting after we were all tired and without eating. A total neglect from the service, doctors, ombudsman!! Reception and zero professionalism!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência esta sendo horrível, no dia 23/03/2022 dei entrada no hospital com dores abdominais e foi constatado que se tratava de calculo renal (pedra nos rins), e a solução seria realizar uma cirurgia de emergência, no momento sentindo muita dor concordei porem, após realizado o procedimento me foi deixado um cateter chamado duplo J que poderia ser retirado após uma semana, mas estou até a presente data 01/05/2022 com este cateter dentro de mim. após uma longa espera da autorização por parte do convenio que só foi concedida no dia 12/04/2022, e até agora não tive nenhum retorno por parte do hospital, não consigo falar por telefone pois ninguém atende.
Resumindo este hospital não tem respeito pelos pacientes, estou perdendo oportunidades de trabalho e estou sendo prejudicado em varias áreas de minha vida.
Irei registrar reclamação na ANS referente ao hospital e também o convenio pois é conivente com este tipo de atendimento.
My experience has been horrible, on 03/23/2022 I was admitted to the hospital with abdominal pain and it was found that it was a kidney stone (kidney stone), and the solution would be to perform an emergency surgery, at the moment feeling a lot of pain I agreed, however, after the procedure was performed, I was left with a catheter called double J that could be removed after a week, but I have this catheter inside me until the present date 05/01/2022. after a long wait for authorization from the agreement that was only granted on 04/12/2022, and so far I have not had any response from the hospital, I cannot speak by phone because no one answers.
In short, this hospital has no respect for patients, I'm losing work opportunities and I'm being harmed in several areas of my life.
I will file a complaint with the ANS regarding the hospital and also the agreement because it is conniving with this type of service.

Eu morava em Suzano e lá e precário.
Olha que não estamos comparando com outros Estados que não dá nem pra comentar.
Minha filha esteve internada aqui há alguns meses.
Hoje estou com minha esposa passando pelo PS.
Gosto muito desse hospital.
Excelente atendimento em todos os setores.
Que Deus abençoe os funcionários com muita saúde.
Mogi das Cruzes is a great city and the Ipiranga hospital is very good too.
I used to live in Suzano and there, it's precarious.

Today I'm with my wife going through the PS.
I really like this hospital.
Excellent service in all sectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total despreparo da equipe médica com minha sogra. Na segunda dia 16/05, minha sogra estava com fortes dores nas costas e e muita tosse. O médico passou medicações para dor nas costas e mandou para casa. Na terça ela teve uma piora muito grande, muita falta de ar e mais uma vez passaram medicação, mas desta vez para pneumonia para tomar em casa. Na quarta minha sogra já não estava mais aguentando de dor e falta de ar, veio de madrugada para o hospital, onde ficou na sala de observação. Mas para surpresa, vendo o estado que minha sogra idosa estava, o médico não pediu internação ( que iria ficar em observação por 24 hs) pois se melhorasse iria para casa no dia seguinte de manha. Pois bem, hoje sexta minha sogra estava urinando e vomitando sangue e só então, pediram internação. Era óbvio que ela não iria melhorar em 24 hs vendo o estado em que estava. Da manhã até sair realmente o quarto, foram mais de 1e horas, e quando liberam, adivinhem: mandaram para um quarto de enfermaria, sendo que o plano era apartamento. Desceram de novo com minha sogra, até arrumarem um apartamento. Na parte do dia, não existe segurança, pois qualquer um consegue acessar a sala de emergência sem ser questionado por ninguém. A noite, uma segurança é muito mal educada, com cara fechada, muito rude, sem empatia alguma. Não sei como o hospital Ipiranga tem ONA nível pleno, vocês não servem nem para ONA 1. Vocês são péssimos. Ps: a equipe de Enfermagem é muito boa, da emergência e sala de observação.

On Wednesday, my mother-in-law could no longer bear the pain and shortness of breath, she came at dawn to the hospital, where she stayed in the observation room. But to my surprise, seeing the state that my elderly mother-in-law was in, the doctor did not ask for hospitalization (who would be under observation for 24 hours) because if she improved she would go home the next morning. Well, today Friday my mother-in-law was urinating and vomiting blood and only then, they asked for hospitalization. It was obvious she wasn't going to get better in 24 hours seeing the state she was in. From the morning until the room actually left, it took more than 1e hours, and when they were released, guess what: they were sent to a room in the infirmary, and the plan was an apartment. They went down again with my mother-in-law, until they found an apartment. During the day, there is no security, as anyone can access the emergency room without being questioned by anyone. At night, a security guard is very rude, with a closed face, very rude, without any empathy. I don't know how the Ipiranga hospital has a full level ONA, you are not even suitable for ONA 1. You are terrible. Ps: the Nursing team is very good, from the emergency room and observation room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece o SUS, ninguém sabe informar nada, dei entrada para a internação as 9h e já são 20:50 estou na sala de medicação esperando um quarto nada de uma resposta, estou aqui até agora sem uma resposta e é pelo convênio, espero q me perguntem se ainda estou por aqui esperando pq já perdi as esperanças de um quarto.... Obs pelo convênio Amil

Varão da cortina do box enferrujado ? decepcionada!!! ???
Experiência POSITIVA foi o atendimento da ENFERMAGEM, muito atenciosa, cuidadosa, educada e prestativa! ❤️???
⚠️Room 412, a total disaster! Post-op patient ? Step to go to the bathroom, even if flagged is a big risk ? in this same bathroom there's no bell to call the nursing ? Old impregnated dirt, moss in the tile gap ?? Rusty shower curtain rod ? disappointed! !! ???
A POSITIVE experience was the NURSING service, very attentive, careful, polite and helpful! ❤️???
