★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi das melhores, péssimo atendimento na recepção. Aonde as colaboradoras ficavam falando sobre vida pessoal enquanto pessoas aguardavam pra dar entrada. O médico também de péssimo atendimento, mal deixa o paciente falar o que está acontecendo. O único atendimento que ocorreu tudo bem foi na área de coleta de sangue para realizar exame. No mais essa foi a primeira e última vez que venho ao local.
 My experience was not the best, bad service at the reception. Where the collaborators kept talking about personal life while people waited to enter. The doctor also has terrible care, barely let the patient talk about what is happening. The only care that went well was in the blood collection area to perform the exam. Besides, this was the first and last time I came to the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência no hospital foi terrível. Minha irmã chegou na emergência com forte crise de vesícula além de infecção urinária e muita tremedeira. Ela é epilética e mesmo passando muito mal, se tremendo toda eles não quiseram atender ela. O tempo todo falaram que ela só podia entrar se eu pagasse uma consulta do clínico. Em nenhum momento neguei pagamento mas estava vendo minha irmã em crise e eles estavam mais preocupados com o valor da consulta que socorrer minha irmã. N aguentei e sai c ela da clínica até a calçada p pedir socorro e depois que todos demais pacientes se incomodaram pela situação foi q o hospital pegou uma cadeira de rodas e colocou a mesma. Vale deixar claro que ela estava em crise se tremendo toda e mesmo assim ela ainda não entrou. Tive que mesmo em meio meu nervosismo e medo da minha irmã morrer, pagar o valor de 98,00 reais p ela poder entrar e ainda ficar esperando um médico dentro do hospital, onde até então ela estava na calçada na cadeira de rodas. Foi claramente visto que eles estavam negando socorro a minha irmã. Eu só queria que socorrem ela e eles estavam incomodados p receber 98,00 reais. Eu tenho um plano de desconto do São Gabriel mas naquele momento eu só queria que socorrem sem ela. Não tinha como ir p.o SUS naquele momento pq ele teve crise ao lado do hospital São Gabriel e eu só queria minha irmã viva. Foi o pior atendimento que já tive na vida. Depois tive que pagar valor total de 120,00 pelo " atendimento emergencial" , onde constava até o álcool que eles molharam o algodão que passa na pele antes de colocar o medicamento, o algodão e até as horas que ela n chegou a usar esperando dentro do hospital para ser internada p cirurgia. Quando o médico falou da cirurgia foi que nos preparamos para o real gasto da internação e serviços médicos. Tínhamos total noção que tudo teria que ser pago por se tratar de um hospital particular. Graças a Deus a cirurgia foi feita c urgência, pagamos todos valor que foi pedido. Hoje ela.se Deus quiser vai ter alta e faremos uma cruz p n precisar nunca mais passar na.porta desse hospital. Gente, em Inha triste experiência eu aconselho se tiver de fazer um cartão de desconto ou plano de saúde, procure outro hospital pq o São Gabriel mesmo depois de anos como cliente pagando, o que recebemos foi uma total falta de respeito com a vida da minha irmã que em meio a uma urgência lhe foi negado até então o atendimento só por conta de 98,00 reais. Não só estou triste, mas totalmente decepcionada. Foi a pior experiência que tive na vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia recentemente e os quartos eram escuros, apesar da bela vista para cidade que nos distrai, o local era pouco organizado. A equipe de enfermagem não foi muito atenciosa no pré e pós operatório, não recebi nenhuma orientação direta sobre o tempo de espera e sobre os cuidados antes de receber alta, quase todo o contado foi feito com minha acompanhante e não a mim, achei estranho. A parte da recepção é muito estranha, falta de clareza na sinalização do piso, o que fez perder uns minutos até algum funcionário parar para orientar. Enfim, não é um hospital perfeito, mas ao menos cuidaram bem e não tive nenhuma complicação de saúde.

DAVID Bitencourt, um mal educado e sem empatia tratou minha dor como uma simples dorzinha no ombro,com isso não solicitou que chamassem o ortopedista, de Experiência boa apenas os enfermeiros são maravilhosos, a recepção outra negação. Mais empatia e bom atendimentos Sr Dr. David Bitencourt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital não possui classificação de risco, nem triagem para casos de síndrome respiratória. As atendentes da recepção da urgência não atendem bem, sem empatia e fornecem informações incompletas. Sugiro treinamento de atendimento ao Publico.
Além do longo tempo de espera na recepção, enquanto minha mãe passava mal, não houve empatia da equipe para ajudar, pra eles só importava o pagamento. Não nos foi orientado para onde encaminhar, tivemos q sair segurando ela e procurando dentro do hospital até encontrar a sala de medicações para ser atendida lá mesmo. Muito desumano!
Quanto ao atendimento da equipe de enfermagem, estão todos de parabéns!! Ambos os técnicos de enfermagem presentes no setor prestaram assistência de forma ética e humana, simpáticos e educados, foram excepcionais durante toda prestação de cuidados. Fato que melhorou minha experiência durante permanência na instituição.
