Esta é a segunda vez que venho a este estabelecimento, a primeira como acompanhante e agora como cliente e observo como as pessoas literalmente mofam esperando. Para piorar, hoje temos muitas pessoas para fazer uma ultrassonografia, em jejum, desde cedo e nosso digníssimo estabelecimento só possui um medico para fazer o procedimento e ainda divide com o hospital ao lado.
Estamos todos neste momento esperando o único médico que foi atender uma emergência no hospital ao lado, enquanto ficamos a esperar até sabe la que hora, com fome, no meu caso com dores por talvez ter pedras na vesícula correndo o risco de piorar os pro lemas que temos por falta de estrutura humana, descaso com as pessoas que aqui estao.
Imagem diagnóstico, nunca mais.
I do not recommend.
This is the second time I have come to this establishment, the first as an escort and now as a customer and I watch as people literally mold waiting. To make matters worse, today we have many people to do an ultrasound, fasting, from an early age and our dignified establishment only has a doctor to do the procedure and still shares it with the hospital next door.
We are all waiting for the only doctor who came to see an emergency at the hospital next door, while we waited until we know what time, hungry, in my case in pain from perhaps having gallstones running the risk of worsening the symptoms we have for lack of human structure, disregard for the people who are here.
Diagnostic imaging, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Impressionante, li um comentário de dois anos atrás e vejo que nada mudou, primeira vez e última que venho nesse estabelecimento. Um calor, ar-condicionado quebrado nem a decência de por um ventilador tem, atendimento é pessimo e muito demorado, cheio de mulheres grávidas, inclusive eu e muitas outras pessoas desde 7h da manhã esperando. Interessante como são as coisas nesse país ate pagando a pessoa sofre. Nao recomendo, tem muito outros ligares em Caruaru que faz o mesmo procedimento. Aqui não venho mais. NÃO recomendo de jeito nenhum.
Terrible! Impressively, I read a comment from two years ago and see that nothing has changed, first and last time I come to this establishment. A heat, broken air conditioner or even the decency of a fan has, service is terrible and very time consuming, full of pregnant women, including me and many other people since 7 am waiting. Interesting how things are in this country even paying the person suffers. I do not recommend, there are many other calls in Caruaru that do the same procedure. I don't come here anymore. DO NOT recommend at all.

ELE MIN DEU CERTEZA DE QUE EU ESTAVA GRAVIDA DE UMA MENINA SENDO QUE EU ESTAVA GRAVIDA DE MENINO . Fui até ele e dice que não tinha obrigação de min ressarcir o que eu tinha gastado no enchoval. Quem perdeu fui eu.

HE MIN WAS SURE THAT I WAS PREGNANT TO A GIRL BEING THAT I WAS PREGNANT AS A BOY. I went to him and said that I was under no obligation to reimburse what I had spent on the encyclopedia. I lost it.

Moro distante e não tenho uma informação correta por telefone e quando chego lá diz que os exames não estão prontos,a mais de 15 dias.
Terrible customer service, both in person and over the phone.
I live far away and I don't have correct information by phone and when I get there it says that the exams are not ready for more than 15 days.

Terrible . Super time consuming service. Officials give no explanation. Everyone stands there waiting. I've been waiting for 9h since. 10:30 am she said I was next 12:12 am now she went out to lunch! What hrs will I leave?
