A enfermeira do plantão no dia 10/11/21 mandou a estagiária fazer o curativo a liser na perna da minha mãe, pq estava cansada e com sono. A estagiária chegou a queimar a perna da minha mãe, já que não sabia fazer curativo. Que absurdo, mal atendimento e ninguém resolve nada.
Rubbish hospital, bad administration.
The nurse on duty on 11/10/21 told the intern to apply the bandage to smooth my mother's leg, because she was tired and sleepy. The intern even burned my mother's leg, as she didn't know how to apply a bandage. How absurd, poor service and nobody solves anything.
