★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um infarto em 22/4, como não portava os documentos do convênio, fui inicialmente encaminhado para a UPA Central para o primeiro atendimento (bom) e depois para a Santa Casa, porque necessitava de cateterismo e colocação de stent. Fui atendido pelo SUS, realizei os procedimentos necessários, fiquei internado na UTI e depois na enfermaria. Queria destacar o ótimo atendimento da equipe do dr. Robero Higa, da equipe do dr. Phillipe Saccab, dos enfermeiros da UTI Jorge, Alda, Lucimara, Irismar e Ana, dos fisioterapeutas Beatriz, Delanie e Denis e a assistente social Nadja. Enfim, um ótimo atendimento da Santa Casa de Santos. Destaco também o SUS, embora tratado com desleixo pelo atual governo, um dos maiores sistemas de saúde do mundo.

 I had a heart attack on 4/22, as I did not have the documents of the agreement, I was initially referred to the Central UPA for the first (good) care and then to the Santa Casa, because I needed catheterization and stent placement. I was attended by the SUS, performed the necessary procedures, was hospitalized in the ICU and then in the ward. I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Dr. Robero Higa, from the team of Dr. Phillipe Saccab, ICU nurses Jorge, Alda, Lucimara, Irismar and Ana, physiotherapists Beatriz, Delanie and Denis and social worker Nadja. Finally, a great service from Santa Casa de Santos. I also highlight the SUS, although treated with carelessness by the current government, one of the largest health systems in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes em que precisei de consulta emergencial, e fui atendido na Santa Casa de Santos, não me decepcionei. Em 2006 precisei ser submetido a cirurgia cardíaca e foi lá que encontrei o melhor atendimento, sendo operado pelo melhor cirurgião da baixada santista, chefe da ala cardíaca. Por estar em transição de plano de saúde, precisei ser atendido pelo SUS. O atendimento foi equivalente a plano privado. É, seguramente, o melhor hospital da região e um dos mais bem equipados também.
Every time I needed an emergency consultation, and was treated at Santa Casa de Santos, I was not disappointed. In 2006 I had to undergo heart surgery and it was there that I found the best care, being operated on by the best surgeon in Santos, head of the cardiac ward. As I was in a health plan transition, I needed to be attended by the SUS. The service was equivalent to a private plan. It is certainly the best hospital in the region and one of the best equipped as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, 12/05/22, iniciei os procedimentos de internação para realizar uma ANGIOPLASTIA,
( SUS) que havia sido agendada dias antes, primeira etapa foi acomodação no qto enfermaria, 2 hrs depois fui encaminhado para a hemodinamica que me preparou para o procedimento. As 15 já estava na UTI de recuperação e 24 hrs depois de alta.
Gostaria de agradecer a toda equipe de atendimento, pré, pós, ao Dr. Higa, as enfermeiras e fisioterapeuta. Excelência no trabalho, obrigado e que Deus abençoe a todos.
Good morning, 05/12/22, I started the hospitalization procedures to perform an ANGIOPLASTY,
(SUS) which had been scheduled days before, the first stage was accommodation in the ward, 2 hours later I was referred to the hemodynamics department who prepared me for the procedure. At 15, he was already in the recovery ICU and 24 hours after discharge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima estrutura, mas há muitas falhas no atendimento. Muitos protocolos para atender as novas tecnologias, deixa o paciente largado: por exemplo a primeira chamada no painel tudo ok, mas se vai fazer exame esquecem de colocar você no retorno para o médico, é preciso ficar lembrando toda hora as enfermeiras, que só falam que vai ser atendido no painel. Há falha humana e falha no sistema tecnológico também que não retoma uma ficha qdo o médico encerra e passa para outro médico. Nesse caso mandam você começa r tudo de novo, vai na porta tira ficha, guichê de ficha, triagem, temperatura pressão, tudo de novo, acredite , porque foi assim com minha mãe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UM VERDADEIRO LIXO. Nem vou chamar essas pessoas desumanas de médicos, estagiários totalmente despreparados. Fiquei mais de 4 horas p fazer um ultrassom e quase 1 hora esperando o laudo, detalhe que a estagiária que fez o ultrassom nem sabia mexer na máquina direito, deixou o ultrassom sem o peso do meu bebê e ainda disse “ah nao sei colocar, deixa assim”, então era óbvio que ia demorar o laudo..acabei desistindo e fui embora. Ainda tratam a gente com deboche, como se a gente fosse lixo. Decepcionada e indignada. Não recomendo esse lugar p ninguém, nem p meu pior inimigo. Até agora não sei o que aconteceu comigo. Estou iniciando os exames no SUS, acredito que vou ter resposta e um atendimento mil vezes melhor que esse lixo de lugar ! PÉSSIMO, colocam nossa saúde nas mãos de pessoas totalmente despreparadas e ainda temos que aceitar pq é o que tem. Descaso total..
A REAL TRASH. Nor will I call these inhumane people doctors, totally unprepared interns. I spent more than 4 hours to do an ultrasound and almost 1 hour waiting for the report, a detail that the intern who did the ultrasound didn't even know how to use the machine properly, left the ultrasound without my baby's weight and even said "oh I don't know how to put it, leave it like that”, so it was obvious that the report would take a while.. I ended up giving up and left. They still treat us with debauchery, as if we were garbage. Disappointed and outraged. I don't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. So far I don't know what happened to me. I'm starting the exams at SUS, I believe I'll have an answer and a service a thousand times better than this rubbish place! TERRIBLE, they put our health in the hands of totally unprepared people and we still have to accept because that's what they have. Total neglect..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência no atendimento particular. Levei meu pai infartando para o hospital, ele fez exame e constatou que era preciso uma transferência pra UTI. Me falaram que pra encaminha -lo eu teria que pagar um caução de 30 mil reais, mesmo sendo ILEGAL a prática do caução. Disse que não tinha como arrumar 30 mil reais em um domingo dia 02 de janeiro. Para tentarem o SUS então. E enquanto isso fui correr atrás de dinheiro pra este caução, afinal era a vida do meu pai. CINCO HORAS DEPOIS não tinha nenhuma informação, e quanto fui atrás me disseram que não conseguiram que precisaria internar pagando. Falei ok mas que não tinha os 30 mil, mas que arrumaria. O Ricardo da administração fechou um acordo comigo de eu dar 2 mil no domingo e 28 mil na segunda. Porém DUAS HORAS DEPOIS, vieram me falar que não iriam internar porque não estavam internado no particular. Como assim não estavam internando? Se tava tudo certo. Ou seja, era porque eu não tinha os 30 mil. Começaram a me pressionar ( enfermeiras, médicos, administração) pra eu tirar meu pai da sala de emergência INFARTADO com uma alta de evasão e fosse pra outro lugar. Ou seja, estavam lavando as mãos porque não dei os 30 mil reais. LEMBRANDO QUE CAUCAO EM SAUDE É ILEGAL. Quando perceberam que eu sabia que era ilegal queriam de todo jeito que eu tirasse meu pai. Falei que não tiraria. Que eles teriam que encaminha-lo pra outro lugar se não interna lá, porque afinal eu paguei e dei entrada no atendimento lá, então eles tem que acompanhar e mandar pra outra UTI. Falei que podia ser paga. Mas eles mantinham dizendo pra eu chamar um uber e levar meu pai infartado. Tive que chamar a polícia porém pra minha surpresa a polícia era mancomunada com a tal da Erica administradora e disse que eles estavam no direito deles porque o hospital era um COMERCIO! ISSO MESMO! O POLICIAL ME FALOU QUE O HOSPITAL É UM COMERCIO. Falei que era ilegal o caução e ele alegou desconhecer a lei e foi falar com a Erica a orientando CONTRA MIM. Não sucumbi. Permaneci lá e me recusei a pagar o que já tinha sido feito e assinar a alta de evasão. Exigi que eles o encaminhassem. 10 horas depois de muita briga, discussão, e eu me recusar a tirar meu pai infartado...advinha! SURGIU UMA VAGA no SUS. A que foi negada antes...estranho neh? OU SEJA, o problema era os 30 mil. LIXO DE HOSPITAL, DE FUNCIONARIOS. EM ESPECIAL OS ADMINISTRADORES E A TAL DA ERICA QUE ERA UMA DEBOCHADA E RIA FALANDO QUE NAO TINHA O QUE FAZER QUE EU TINHA QUE TIRAR MEU PAI.

When they realized that I knew it was illegal, they wanted me to take my father away. I said I wouldn't take it off. That they would have to send him to another place, if not an intern there, because after all I paid and entered the service there, so they have to follow up and send him to another ICU. I told you it could be paid. But they kept telling me to call an uber and take my dad with a heart attack. I had to call the police but to my surprise the police were in league with the administrator Erica and said they were in their right because the hospital was a COMMERCE! THAT'S RIGHT! THE POLICE TOLD ME THAT THE HOSPITAL IS A COMMERCE. I said that the bond was illegal and he claimed not to know the law and went to talk to Erica advising her AGAINST ME. I didn't succumb. I stayed there and refused to pay what had already been done and sign the evasion record. I demanded that they forward it. 10 hours after a lot of fighting, arguing, and I refused to take my father with a heart attack...guess what! A VACANCY CAME IN SUS. The one that was denied before...strange neh? THAT IS, the problem was the 30 thousand. GARBAGE FROM HOSPITAL, FROM EMPLOYEES. IN PARTICULAR THE ADMINISTRATORS AND ERICA THAT WAS A LAUGHTER AND LAUGHED SAYING THAT I HAD NO WAY TO DO THAT I HAD TO TAKE OFF MY FATHER.

Mas o serviço piorou demais.
Levei minha esposa com cólica renal, ela disse a médica e enfermagem que era alérgica a sulfas, a Médica receitou Bactrim. E disse que se ela tivesse com dor pra voltar no dia seguinte, detalhe estávamos no auge da pandemia.
Fomos ao hospital Lefort em São Paulo, minha esposa foi internada no mesmo dia, e no dia seguinte os competentes médicos do hospital retiraram o cálculo renal dela, em procedimento cirúrgico.
Mais recentemente levei meu filho mais novo chegamos ao hospital as 17h30 e só tivemos atendimento às 22h00. A médica receitou uma quantidade além da recomendada na bula da medicação. Fomos ao Sabará em SP, atendimento excelente fizeram todos os exames possíveis no meu filho e deram o verdadeiro diagnóstico e iniciamos o tratamento.
Se quiser morrer vá para Santa Casa
Se quiser passar a noite toda na sala de espera vá para o infantil da Sta Casa que conta com uma recepcionista, 1 enfermeira na triagem, e 2 médicos um que voa e um que fica no consultório, prescrevendo medicação exagerada.
Fotografei as receitas e encaminhei ao CRM questionando os médicos. Quanto a Sta Casa, parece que agora estão terceirizando até os médicos.

The doctor prescribed an amount in excess of that recommended on the medication package insert. We went to Sabará in SP, excellent service, they did all the possible tests on my son and gave the true diagnosis and we started the treatment.

If you want to spend the whole night in the waiting room, go to the children's room at Sta Casa, which has a receptionist, 1 nurse in triage, and 2 doctors, one who flies and one who stays in the office, prescribing exaggerated medication.
I photographed the prescriptions and sent them to the CRM asking the doctors. As for Sta Casa, it seems that they are now outsourcing even the doctors.
