★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital péssimo, equipe péssima e médicos péssimo. Não fez valer 1 centavo do que paguei, um descaso total, demorei 2 dias pra fazer uma ultrassonografia com dores na região do sistema digestivo e ser tratada como infecção urinária pois era o que estava escrito no meu prontuário.
 Terrible hospital, terrible staff and terrible doctors. It didn't make it worth 1 cent of what I paid, a total disregard, it took me 2 days to do an ultrasound with pain in the digestive system region and be treated as a urinary infection because that was what was written in my chart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é muito bonita.Mais o atendimento é ruim desde a recepção.só tem aparências.Tratamento que é bom dessa muito adesejsr.Tem.muito hospital público muito melhor. Claro que isso depende de cada um ..profissional e ser humano. .Mais no geral não é bom.... Cadê a assistente social? Tem?. Falo por experiência própria.
The clinic is very beautiful.But the service is bad from the reception.It only has appearances.Treatment that is good for this much-desired.It has.a lot of much better public hospital. Of course that depends on each one ..professional and human being. .But in general it's not good.... Where's the social worker? Has?. I speak from my own experience.

Mariano nota 1.000 em atendimento, o anestesista (acho que se chama Luciano) também a equipe de enfermagem simplesmente fantástico! Fui tratado com muito carinho e respeito! Muito obrigado por tudo vcs foram maravilhosos!
I recently performed an inguinal hernia surgery, and I confess that I was surprised by the Hospital's care! DR. Mariano scores 1,000 in attendance, the anesthesiologist (I think his name is Luciano) also the nursing team is just fantastic! I was treated with great care and respect! Thank you so much for everything you guys were wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiquei 3 dias fui bem tratado e um hospital muito bom as enfermeiras são bem atenciosa lugar bem limpo a alimentação boa gostei EQUIPE NOTRE DAME VCS ESTÃO DE PARABÉNS!
I stayed for 3 days I was well treated and a very good hospital the nurses are very attentive and clean the place good food I liked NOTRE DAME TEAM VCS CONGRATULATIONS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe de enfermagem maravilhosa. Pude acompanhar o trabalho de 4 plantões 2 diurnos e dois noturnos e achei a equipe impecável (4= andar). Tanto na parte técnica quanto no atendimento que foi humanizado. A equipe do centro cirúrgico do plantão do dia 19/05/22 ( dia)nota mil também. Me senti segura e bem assistida. . A comida Também estava muito boa. Parabéns a nutricionista e equipe da cozinha. Só senti falta do controle remoto da tv. Ajuda o paciente que não pode levantar a mudar o canal sem precisar chamar a enfermagem.
Wonderful nursing staff. I was able to follow the work of 4 shifts, 2 day and 2 night shifts and I found the team impeccable (4= floor). Both in the technical part and in the service that was humanized. The surgical center team on duty on 05/19/22 (day) also scores a thousand. I felt safe and well supported. . The food was also very good. Congratulations to the nutritionist and kitchen team. I just missed the TV remote. It helps the patient who cannot get up to change the channel without having to call the nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor do que eu imaginava, juro que esperava ter problemas, como tive em todos os processos anteriores com a Intermédica Notredame.
fui agendado para chegar as 06:00, entrei no meu quarto as 07:00, quando comecei a gostar dos aposentos, 10:00 já estava na mesa de Cirurgia, 12:00 horas acordei no quarto novamente, e as 19:00 fui liberado para ir pra casa.
Todos os envolvidos no procedimento de parabéns.
Mas só Não dou 5 estrelas porque quando tive alta e me entregara os docs da liberação junto um agendamento para retornar ao ambulatório no dia 04/03/2022 na unidade da zona oeste, chegando lá não constava o agendamento e o Dr Felipe se recusou me atender.
Better than I imagined, I swear I expected to have problems, as I had in all the previous processes with Intermédica Notredame.
I was scheduled to arrive at 6:00 am, I entered my room at 7:00 am, when I started to like the rooms, 10:00 am I was already on the Surgery table, 12:00 am I woke up in the room again, and at 7:00 pm I was released to go home.
Everyone involved in the procedure congratulated.
But I just don't give it 5 stars because when I was discharged and the release docs were given to me along with an appointment to return to the clinic on 03/04/2022 at the west side unit, when I got there, the appointment was not included and Dr Felipe refused me to meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital limpo, atendimento rápido, enfermeiros muito educados e alimentação boa. O único problema foi com o médico, Sion Divan, que deu alta para minha sogra (80 anos) com dois dias de internação, mesmo com uma infeção urinária grave.
Clean hospital, quick service, very polite nurses and good food. The only problem was with the doctor, Sion Divan, who released my mother-in-law (80 years old) within two days of hospitalization, even with a serious urinary infection.
