★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESTAVA MUITO PREOCUPADO COM OS COMENTÁRIOS DAS PESSOAS SOBRE ESSE HOSPITAL PORQUE MINHA IRMÃ ACABARA DE SER INTERNADA NESSA UNIDADE....MAIS O QUE ELA ME FALOU É TOTALMENTE O CONTRÁRIO DO QUE FOI COMENTADO...FUI BEM RECEBIDO POR AS ASSISTENTES SOCIAIS,NOS DIAS DE VISITAS FUI SUPER BEM ATENDIDO... ELA TOMOU MUITO SUCO DE FRUTAS VARIADAS E DANONE...QUERIA AGRADECER AOS PROFISSIONAIS DO HOSPITAL VICENTE DE PAULO POR ME AJUDAR NESSE MOMENTO MUITO DIFÍCIO QUE MINHA IRMA PASSOU.....OBRIGADA!!!!
 I WAS VERY CONCERNED WITH PEOPLE'S COMMENTS ABOUT THIS HOSPITAL BECAUSE MY SISTER HAD JUST BEEN ADMITTED TO THIS UNIT....MORE WHAT SHE TALKED TO ME IS TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS COMMENTS...I WAS WELL RECEIVED BY THE SOCIAL ASSISTANTS. DAYS OF VISITS I WAS SUPER WELL SERVICED... SHE DID A LOT OF VARIED FRUIT JUICE AND DANONE...WANT TO THANK THE PROFESSIONALS AT HOSPITAL VICENTE DE PAULO FOR HELPING ME IN THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME THAT MY SISTER PASSED..... THANK YOU!! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tratamento é desumano! As internas são tratadas como se fossem animais, chamadas por meio de gritos. São obrigadas a seguirem o cronograma, mesmo se estiverem incapacitadas, senão são ameaçadas a serem contidas ou ficarem sem banho/comida. Tudo é feito de mau humor por algumas funcionárias. Normalmente os pacientes não são escutados, exceto pelas raras vezes que tem psicóloga. O contato com a família é uma vez perdida, ainda mais por conta da pandemia. As internas são obrigadas a andarem com seus pertencentes com risco de serem roubadas por outras internas. Não é surpresa um paciente sair pior do que entrou porque a sensação é de desamparado total.
The treatment is inhuman! Inmates are treated like animals, called out by shouting. They are forced to follow the schedule, even if they are disabled, otherwise they are threatened to be contained or run out of bath / food. Everything is done in a bad mood by some employees. Usually patients are not listened to, except for the rare times that they have a psychologist. Contact with the family is once lost, especially because of the pandemic. Inmates are required to walk with their belongings at risk of being stolen by other inmates. It is not surprising for a patient to come out worse than he entered because the feeling is one of total helplessness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misericórdia!!!!!!! Gente, pelo amor dos Altos ao Ser Superior, Senhor Jesus, estes comentários são fundamentados, mesmo?! E por que ninguém faz nada? Qual o amparo deste hospital, frente a tantos relatos que nos sugam a alma e avaliações no máximo 1, de 0 a 5 ???? E vocês que relataram aqui, esperamos que tenham buscado outros meios além deste. Não parem por aqui, por Deus. Procurem os órgãos competentes e denunciem. Isso se for verídico, claro!!!! Tomara que não seja a tanto. Ao menos vou tentar fazer minha parte....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital é maravilhoso, médicos educados e prestativos, funcionários preparados e muito educados também, tratam o paciente muito bem. Local de fácil acesso, bem limpo e cuidado. É o melhor hospital psiquiátrico de Fortaleza, sem dúvidas.
This hospital is wonderful, polite and helpful doctors, prepared and very polite staff too, they treat the patient very well. Easily accessible, clean and well maintained. It is the best psychiatric hospital in Fortaleza, without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada é melhor do que o conforto da sua própria casa.
Passei duas semanas aí e vi que mesmo tendo refeição de três em três horas e tomando os remédios percebi que me faltava atividade pra fazer.
Os técnicos e todos os outros funcionários são bons não tenho do que reclamar quanto a isso.
Nothing is better than the comfort of your own home.
I spent two weeks there and saw that even though I had a meal every three hours and took the medication, I realized that I lacked activity to do.
The technicians and all the other employees are good I have nothing to complain about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense mil vezes antes de si internar ou internar alguem nesse hospital pode ser a ultima vez ..Perdi alguem que adoeceu nesse hospital. Ela morreu pq n cuidaram bem dela. Ela pegou varias bacterias. Passou 2 meses internada e saiu pra uti. E voltou pra casa no caixão. Esse hospital tem q ser investigado. Muita gente falando mau dele. E se ele n esta nos padroes tem q ser punido. As pessoa tem q trabalhar com mais amor.Coisa q lá eles n fazem. Eles tratam o ser humano como animais. É triste vc perder alguem assim como eu perdi. Mas entrego nas mãos de Deus. Que Deus proteja cada um de nós q jamais chegue precisar de tal lugar. Matadouro??

Não é porque a maioria das pessoas que se encontram aqui estão na situação em que estão, que devem se tratadas como se fossem animais, chamadas aos gritos. A todo tempo, todos são ameaçados a serem contidos ou ficarem sem banho e até mesmo sem comida. Funcionários já não possuem mais sentimentos, sempre de mal humor, e parecem odiarem o fato de estar ali, trabalham sem motivação, sem vontade. Raramente os pacientes são escutados, exceto pelas poucas vezes que tem uma pessoa da área de psicologia. O contato com a família é uma vez perdida, nesse período de pandemia então, nem se fala. Ouvi relatos de que as internas são obrigadas a andarem com seus pertencentes com risco de serem roubadas por outras internas, ou até mesmo funcionárias. Não é surpresa um paciente sair pior do que entrou porque a sensação é de desamparado total.
