Atendimento: 26836220
On the 01/06th I arrived at 19:45 pm alone, there were more than 15 clinical care passwords in front of me and countless flu symptoms that were prioritized, because apparently the care comes down to: RISK OF HEALTH, PRIORITY, CLINICAL AND FLU. Apparently stroke is not something important. They started my care process, with a nurse making my assessment, around 8:45 pm, because at 8:30 pm I started to feel very ill. feeling sick, who simply shooed me away thinking I was making a scene, and said that I had to wait for the service like everyone else. There was another patient who was waiting for his care who gave me support, brought me water, and even offered his password for me to go ahead, as there was NO support from the hospital. A nurse attended to me, and they saw that I was in Sepsis potocolo. As I said, it was BAD and without support ANY. I know the hospital is overloaded and not behaving - which I had to simply DENY CARE until they stabilized, and had only ONE attendant for over 50 people that needed to be attended to. There was no entry for RISK OF STROKE (which was actually my biggest fear, as I already had one and had a HORRIBLE headache). And there is also no support for those who arrive alone, they don't take into account that there are people who can't ask anyone for help and have to turn around, they simply ignore it. On top of that, I left at 03:30AM (despite my discharge report being at 02:56AM) because they simply MISSED with my urine test, essential for my diagnosis, and when they found: they put it as CULTURE instead of a simple exam of urine - that the result should come out in a maximum of 30min. In addition to all this, I've been waiting for 2 days for a PRC COVID result, a test that has the result in 10 min at the pharmacy! Despite everything, I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the NURSES and DOCTORS are really amazing, attentive, they fight for the best for us, and they are also frustrated by the LACK OF RESOURCES of a private hospital, which was once equivalent to Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein and today it almost compares to SUS. My big thanks to Dr. Alexandre Matruda Marum, who made me a simply incredible service, super attentive and really concerned about me. Service: 26836220

A recepção tinham aproximadamente 35 pessoas.
I arrived with my son at 10:36 pm there was no sorting working. The reception had approximately 35 people. After +or- 6 children pass in front for no apparent reason. My son is being attended to at 00:36 The child is agitated, we are carrying bags and even so my wife had to enter alone, as the access of the 2nd companion is blocked. Since at the height of the pandemic there was no such protocol. Pure lack of zeal and consideration for patients and companions.

I arrived on 03/20/22 at 06.00 the emergency room was empty; still I waited 30 minutes; because of the 3 doctors on duty, 2 cannot attend because they are in an emergency. And there's only 1 doctor attending and there are 2 people in front of me. I was seen at 6.40 already knowing that I would need to do a tomography, I waited until 7.45 for a simple blood collection that the result will take 2 hours, that is, I will do the tomography at 10.00 in the morning, this because I arrived before 6.00 am this lack of service structure.

My daugther was born there and I also had a surgery in there. I always had a great experience! All clean and organized, friendly staff and high class profesionals. They have a small coffe shop and a Kopenhagen café inside the hospital. There are a lot of parking lots around. Super recommended!

Great service, good atmosphere, absolutely friendly staff, excellent meals, first class medical assistance. Parking is not for free, but very well organized. For patients and visits it's more convenient going by cab. All good there!

Never again! I took my girlfriend to this hospital because she was having strong abdominal pains on 07/02/21. The two doctors were recent graduates v. inexperienced. One of them actually told me that Coca-Cola was a good drink for hidration!!! Today we spent most of our day worrying that we may have contracted Covid seen as one in every 5 staff members were either not wearing a mask or wearing them inappropriately. We had complained to the night manager, who didn't care less! To pay for the treatment they tell you to go to talk to a manager in his glass office. This guy not only charged us 5000 Reais which is an obscene amount, but had zero empathy or people skills. And to think that the doctor actually wanted her to stay overnight, probably to be able to bill me ten times as much!!! This hospital has some serious issues.

Everything was excellent, from the operating team (special thanks to the amazing doctor Alexandre Santa Cruz, the best orthopedic surgeon there is!!!) until the nursing staff (impeccable and extremely professional, available and kind), the cleaning service (very effective) to the food!!!! (I never ate so well in a hospital!!!). The medical and customer care are so good that you enjoy being there and feel extremely safe and protected until you are ready to return home! Congratulations to all parties!!! I fully recommend this hospital!
