PESSIMA, I ALMOST DIED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND THE NURSES WALKING IN THE HOSPITAL AND THE DOCTOR IN THE ZAP !!! RUN TO OTHER HOSPITALS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo, pois sendo o único hospital na cidade como fica os menos favorecidos? Não tem dinheiro para pagar uma consulta, como fazem? Ai você vem me falar procura a UBS do bairro, tudo bem, procura mas quantas das vezes o paciente vai ao USB E o "profissional" não comparece. Meus pais residem nessa cidade estou indignada com a situação da saúde neste local.
Nonsense, because being the only hospital in the city how is the poor? Can't afford to pay for an appointment, how do they do it? Then you come tell me look for the UBS of the neighborhood, okay, look but how often the patient goes to USB And the "professional" does not attend. My parents reside in this city I am outraged by the health situation in this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização, tem tudo para ser um ótimo hospital porém a organização é horrível, funcionários rondando pra lá e pra cá e com conversa paralela o atendimento deixa bem a desejar, logo na entrada você já recepcionado de uma maneira nada acolhedora.
Falta profissionais que respeitam a vida daqueles que necessitam quando estão enfermos em especial os mais humildes.
Se houvesse organização já agilizava e muito o atendimento.
Poor organization, it has everything to be a great hospital, but the organization is horrible, employees are going around and with parallel conversation the service leaves well to be desired, right at the entrance you have already received in a not welcoming way.
There are professionals who respect the lives of those who need them when they are sick, especially the humblest.
If there was an organization, it would speed up the service.

Venho através deste meio, relatar a minha indignação, quanto ao hospital e maternidade Santa Rita da minha cidade Palmeira dos Índios.
Ficaria muito feliz que este relato chegasse a um responsável, administrador... Alguém que consegui - se enxergar , tamanha a falta de responsabilidade, respeito e ética para com os pacientes.
Estive recentemente com minha mãe sentindo dores fortes ( crise de vesícula) sendo assistida por uma equipe, que sequer ouvia o relato da minha mãe, um médico, que sequer olhava em você, apenas passava calmante pra minha mãe, falava que ela estava nervosa e que precisaria dormir. Como que uma pessoa com dores fortes consegui dormir ???
O abençoado do médico Dr. Remo Oliveira Cavalcante, foi indagado o porque daquele medicamento (DIAZEPAN), dentre outros ainda mais fortes, porém com o mesmo sentido,disse que ele era o médico e que não atende ninguém que interfere em seu tratamento, virou as costas e foi embora, sequer consegue ouvir a gente.
Não tenho dinheiro , nem conhecimento na área de medicina, porém, sei falar e ouvir com educação.
Além do atendimento desse tal médico, o hospital não tem sequer uma campainha para chamar alguém da enfermagem quando se está passando mal, pedi um lençol, o enfermeiro me vem com um pedaço de TNT, isso porque o hospital, não é do SUS. Você só será atendido se tiver convênio ou pagar em tudo que foi usado.
Agora uma tia ficou enferma, e a levaram para este mesmo hospital. Depois de alguns exames, foi diagnosticada com problema no coração, após alguns dias, a família foi informada que ela estaria C.A, para desespero de toda família, contudo, o mesmo foi negado após 3 dias, foram informado que este diagnóstico, seria de um outro paciente.
Como confiar num lugar desse ?
A que ponto chegamos ?
Cadê o juramento que um dia foi feito: ajudar a salvar vidas
Lamentável, lastimável
Que outras pessoas possam, assim como eu relatar a insatisfação pelo mal serviço oferecido, pelo hospital.
Que os obstáculos, críticas, nos sirvam de degraus para o sucesso, para a melhoria. Pois não somente o pobre precisa de uma assistência médica, ainda mais que este é o único hospital da cidade.

I come here to report my indignation regarding the Santa Rita Hospital and Maternity in my city Palmeira dos Índios.
I would be very happy that this report reached a responsible, administrator ... Someone who could see, such a lack of responsibility, respect and ethics towards patients.
I was recently with my mother feeling severe pain (bladder crisis) being assisted by a team, who did not even hear the report of my mother, a doctor, who did not even look at you, just passed my mother soothing, said she was nervous and that would need sleep. How could a person with severe pain sleep?
The blessed doctor Remo Oliveira Cavalcante, was asked why that drug (DIAZEPAN), among others even stronger, but with the same sense, said he was the doctor and does not meet anyone who interferes with his treatment, turned his back and left, can't even hear us.
I have no money, no knowledge in medicine, however, know how to speak and listen politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente de uma grosseria inexplicável! Parece que ta trabalhando de graça. Nem uma simples informação quis dá. Disse que se quisesse saber de uma simples informação se atendia pelo plano a gente teria que comparecer ao hospital, mesmo a gente tendo explicado que moramos longe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o descaso, demoraram demais pra mim atender após a cirurgia, nem a retirada do meu soro foram fazer. Se não fosse por uma mulher que estava acompanhando a mãe, eu estaria perdida. Ela fez o básico que pôde. Chamavamos os enfermeiros e nada era feito, só mandavam "aguardar". Quando fui reclamar os funcionários olharam pra mim como se eu fosse a errada. Um senhor (parecia ser supervisor/chefe alguma coisa) disse que logo resolveria... pura conversa. Tive vontade de processar o hospital ou funcionários alguém que pudesse se responsabilizar pela falta de compromisso com o paciente. Quem encontro falo sobre o ocorrido, para saberem que tipo de profissional há lá dentro... Quando li os comentarios de reclamação aqui. Fiquei até surpresa por saber que não é algo tão atual e que parece não terem melhorado em nada.

I wanted to sue the hospital or staff who could be held responsible for the lack of commitment to the patient. Whoever I meet, I talk about what happened, so they know what kind of professional is in there ... When I read the complaint comments here. I was even surprised to learn that it is not so current and that it seems that they have not improved at all.
