Minha esposa grávida de 7 meses foi fazer uma ultrassonografia, chegamos as 7:30 quando foi 12:50 a médica parou para ir almoçar, depois parou novamente para ir ao Banco e não deu nenhuma satisfação aos pacientes que estavam aguardando. Não aguentamos esperar tanto e quando foi 14:30 pegamos a guia de volta e fomos embora.
Também tinha uma garrafa de café vazia, quando perguntei se iriam colocar café, falaram que iriam providenciar e até eu sair não tinha chegado.
Muita gente reclamando, principalmente da demora para ser atendido.
My experience with this clinic was terrible. The first time ever!
My 7 months pregnant wife went to do an ultrasound, we arrived at 7:30 am when it was 12:50 pm the doctor stopped to go to lunch, then stopped again to go to the Bank and did not give any satisfaction to the patients who were waiting. We couldn't wait so long and when it was 2:30 pm we took the guide back and left.
I also had an empty coffee bottle, when I asked if they would put coffee, they said they would provide it and until I left I hadn't arrived.
Many people complain, mainly about the delay to be attended.
