★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou falar a respeito da pediatria, durante o dia o atendimento é mediano, mas o plantão noturno é um LIXO!!!!! Minha filha foi internada com pneumonia e estava com dificuldades pra respirar, fui falar pra enfermeira chamar o médico e simplesmente ela esqueceu. Eu que fui atrás do médico, e quando a médica veio me atender, veio sem o estetoscópio e aparentemente estava dormindo e disse que iria pegar a ficha e voltou depois de uns 40 minutos.
I'm going to talk about pediatrics, during the day the service is average, but the night shift is GARBAGE!!!!! My daughter was hospitalized with pneumonia and was having difficulty breathing, I went to tell the nurse to call the doctor and she just forgot. I was the one who went to the doctor, and when the doctor came to see me, she came without the stethoscope and was apparently asleep and said she would get the file and came back after about 40 minutes.

Gostaria de reportar um ocorrido que uma funcionária com o nome de Elaine que tem como função chefe do laboratório prestadora de serviço pela AFIP no hospital Regional Sul de Santo Amaro, no dia 03/12 abri ficha e o médico solicitou exame de tomografia e laboratorial pois apresentei queixas de dor de cabeça, tonturas e náuseas, sou funcionário do mesmo serviço, no entanto não estava em boa saúde por esse motivo foi aberto ficha como paciente, no período em que estava de plantão à noite, porém fui informada pela coletora do laboratório que não estava autorizado coleta para funcionários nesse período, que somente poderia ser feito das 7:00 as 9:00 da manhã de segunda à sexta, aguardei o horário aproximado e solicitei a coleta, pois tenho como horário de saída as 6 horas, no entanto fui informada posteriormente que o meu material havia sido descartado pela senhora Elaine, faço essa reclamação referente a esse ocorrido e comunico que vou procurar soluções e medidas cabíveis a esse respeito, pois na solicitação feita pelo médico continha como item, um exame de enzimas e reporto o total desrespeito e descaso dessa funcionária com a essa situação, naquele momento poderia ter sido algo mais grave.

I would like to report an occurrence that an employee named Elaine who is head of the laboratory service provider by AFIP at the Southern Regional Hospital of Santo Amaro, on 12/3 I opened a file and the doctor requested a tomography and laboratory test because I complained of headache, dizziness and nausea, I am an employee of the same service, however I was not in good health for this reason, a file was opened as a patient, while I was on duty at night, but I was informed by the laboratory collector that collection was not authorized for employees during this period, which could only be done from 7:00 am to 9:00 am from Monday to Friday, I waited for the approximate time and requested the collection, as I have a departure time of 6:00 am, at However, I was later informed that my material had been discarded by Ms. Elaine, I make this complaint regarding this occurrence and communicate that I will seek appropriate solutions and measures in this regard. o, as the request made by the doctor contained an enzyme test as an item and I report the total disrespect and disregard of this employee with this situation, at that time it could have been something more serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Helena do telefone muito mal educada por sinal, não sabe ter o mínimo de simpatia com os pacientes, imagina o que os nossos idosos não passam na mão dessa raça! Se a recepcionista é assim imagina o restante do atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo. Atendimento péssimo de enfermos e de parentes. Auxiliares e enfermeiros mais preocupados em bater papo nos corredores do que de tratar dos pacientes. Fazem o máximo para delegar suas responsabilidades aos parentes e acompanhantes (coisas básicas como banho e alimentação!). Não caia nessa! Denuncie! Pagamos caro nossos impostos para que sejamos tratados bem e honestamente. Evite ao máximo esse hospital e denuncie abusos. Só assim darão o merecido (e pago, por nossos impostos) aos pacientes e acompanhantes.
Trash. Poor care for the sick and relatives. Aides and nurses more concerned with chatting in the hallways than taking care of patients. They do their best to delegate their responsibilities to relatives and companions (basic things like bathing and feeding!). Don't fall for it! Report it! We pay our taxes dearly to be treated well and honestly. Avoid this hospital as much as possible and report abuse. Only then will they give the deserved (and paid, by our taxes) to patients and companions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu agradeço imensamente a todo equipe deste Hospital. Eu fiquei internado 36 dias em abril do ano passado com Covid. Fiquei 5 dias entubado. Os médicos, as enfermeiras e enfermeiros, as fisioterapeutas, todas salvaram a minha vida. Sou grato a Deus por colocar estas pessoas em minha vida num momento tão dífícil. Eles não só cuidaram de mim como informavam minha família do meu estado de saúde. Que Deus abençoe e guarde todos vocês, porque eu sei que trabalhar num hospital público com tão poucos recursos é muito difícil.
I am immensely grateful to the entire staff of this Hospital. I was hospitalized for 36 days in April last year with Covid. I was intubated for 5 days. The doctors, the nurses and nurses, the physical therapists, all saved my life. I am grateful to God for putting these people in my life at such a difficult time. They not only took care of me but also informed my family of my state of health. May God bless and keep you all, because I know that working in a public hospital with so few resources is very difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambulatório fechado. Colocam uns endereços na frente e números de telefone, quando ligamos as atendentes dizem que não tem previsão de agendamento e não sabem dar informação. Os endereço onde encaminham os pacientes que estão em tratamento nesse ambulatório, não sabem nem que esse ambulatório está fechado.
Closed outpatient clinic. They put some addresses on the front and phone numbers, when we call the attendants they say they don't have an appointment schedule and they don't know how to give information. The addresses where they refer patients who are being treated at this clinic do not even know that this clinic is closed.
