★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai de 96 anos ficou internado e o tratamento é péssimo. Enfermagem não vem nos quartos. A noite vc chama e demora toda vida, isso quando aparecem. Isso porque é pela Unimed. Vc paga um convênio caro uma vida toda, e quando precisa na velhice é mal tratado.
My 96-year-old father was hospitalized and the treatment is terrible. Nursing does not come in the rooms. At night you call and it takes a lifetime, that's when they appear. That's because it's by Unimed. You pay an expensive health insurance for a lifetime, and when you need it in old age, you are treated badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que vou ao hospital e consigo atendimento adequado somente com a carta de encaminhamento da pneumologista. Tenho asma severa de difícil controle. Procurei a emergência hoje, relatei as febres, dor nas costas, secreção verde em placas e meu Peak Flow abaixo de 25%. A médica me dispensou, colocou no relatório somente no que lhe disse, não pediu exame e nem presqueveu remédio para sair da crise. Fiquei nervosa, ainda escutei que não tinha motivos para me alterar, caso piorasse poderia voltar.
It's not the first time I've been to the hospital and I get adequate care only with the referral letter from the pulmonologist. I have severe, difficult-to-control asthma. I went to the ER today, reported fevers, back pain, green plaque discharge and my Peak Flow was below 25%. The doctor dismissed me, put in the report only what I told her, did not ask for an exam and did not prescribe medication to get out of the crisis. I was nervous, I even heard that I had no reason to change, if I got worse I could come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima em todos os sentidos, falta de organização na recepção, esse sistema de triagem e depois cadastro é péssima. Se contar que cobram distanciamento social e o porteiro mandando as pessoas sentarem onde quiser.
Depois querem criticar as aglomerações, sendo que estamos em um local onde todos estão com sintomas de COVID.
Vocês devem treinar melhor seu funcionário e por se tratar de um hospital.
Bad in every way, lack of organization at reception, this sorting system and then registration is terrible. If you count that they charge social distance and the doorman telling people to sit wherever they want.
Then they want to criticize the agglomerations, as we are in a place where everyone has symptoms of COVID.
You must train your employee better and because it is a hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na segunda-feira, 04 dei entrada as 08:45 no 24h. Estava péssima, com sintomas de dengue, e na entrada (onde tiramos senha), avisei que era gestante, e que estava bem mal. Em um segundo você é chamado na triagem, para aferirem a pressão e oxigenação, assim, recebemos a pulseira de “classificação” - ganhei a azul (sem urgência).
Após duas horas de espera, passando muito mal, e de muita insistência, fui chamada ao consultório.
Após análise clínica me pediram hemograma para saber plaquetas, mas, não tinham teste de dengue para fazer. Tomei soro pra desidratação… no total 5hrs, pois após tudo, temos que esperar resultado do exame ficar pronto, que são mais 2h. Isso porque nem estava tão cheio.
A Sra que fica na entrega das senhas, é bem perdida.. por várias vezes pedi a ela que verificasse se aconteceu algo com minha senha, pois muitas pessoas tinham passado na minha frente e nada de me chamarem. Mas, ela é bem perdida, e nada fazia.
On Monday, 04, I checked in at 08:45 at 24h. In a second you are called to triage, to have your blood pressure and oxygenation checked, so we received the “classification” bracelet - I won the blue one (no urgency).
After two hours of waiting, feeling very ill, and with a lot of insistence, I was called to the office.
After clinical analysis, they asked me for a blood count to find out platelets, but they didn't have a dengue test to do. I took a serum for dehydration… a total of 5 hours, because after all, we have to wait for the exam result to be ready, which is another 2 hours. That's because it wasn't even that full.
The lady who is in the delivery of passwords, is very lost.. several times I asked her to check if something happened with my password, because many people had passed in front of me and no one called me. But, she is very lost, and did nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim é o melhor hospital da cidade! Por muito tempo frequentei o São Francisco que sem dúvida não chega não aos pés! Atendimento rápido, equipe da recepção, enfermagem e médica extremamente educadas, além de ter o processo de triagem e atendimento bem rápido! Em minhas visitas todo o processo durou no máximo 30 minutos. Isso sim é um pronto atendimento.
For me it's the best hospital in town! For a long time I frequented São Francisco, which undoubtedly doesn't come close! Fast service, extremely polite reception, nursing and medical staff, in addition to having the screening process and service very fast! In my visits the whole process took a maximum of 30 minutes. This is an emergency service.
