Minha mãe precisava realizar um exame (OTC ocular) para iniciar o mais rápido possível o tratamento de uma trombose no olho esquerdo, fazem praticamente 3 semanas e simplesmente o resultado AINDA NÃO SAIU (o prazo era de uma semana), eu ligo, quando consigo falar, a atendente diz que irá se informar e entrará em contato, PORÉM NUNCA RETORNAM, um total descaso com o cliente.
 Terrible! My mother needed to have an exam (OTC eye) to start the treatment of a thrombosis in her left eye as soon as possible, it's been almost 3 weeks and the result is STILL NOT OUT (it was a week), I call, when I can speak, the attendant says she will get information and will contact, BUT NEVER RETURN, a total disregard with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns irresponsáveis. Marquei consulta com oftalmologista e um dia antes me ligaram remarcando. Fui no dia da consulta remarcada e o médico pediu licença para resolver problemas pessoais e eu não fui informado de que a consulta não ia acontecer.
Irresponsible ones. I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist and the day before, they called me to make an appointment. I went on the day of the rescheduled appointment and the doctor asked for permission to solve personal problems and I was not informed that the appointment was not going to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Eles oferecem um monte de vantagens. 1 nunca conseguimos marcar nada por telefone, não retornam, dizem que vão ligar p remarcar e não ligam. Minha mãe fez o plano desde dezembro e conseguiu marcar o médico. São somente 3 que atende. Ela foi ao médico, o médico passou o exame. Mas o exame que o médico passou e que minha mãe tem direito de fazer gratuitamente lá , eles não tem ainda e até agora nada. O plano que fizemos foi de um ano de assistência oftalmológica . Estamos arrependida .
Bad experience. They offer a lot of advantages. 1 we never managed to dial anything over the phone, they didn’t return, they say they’ll call and reschedule and they don’t call. My mother made the plan since December and managed to schedule the doctor. There are only 3 that answer. She went to the doctor, the doctor passed the exam. But the exam that the doctor passed and that my mother has the right to take for free there, they still have nothing so far. The plan we made was for a year of eye care. We are sorry.

They made the commitment to attend in Rio Maria and simply left without giving any satisfaction, this kind of attitude is ridiculous. If you won't answer, don't book with the population ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta e quando chegamos lá o médico tinha antecipado a consulta e não me avisaram. Fui no dia que estava marcado e a recepcionista anotou nosso nome e telefone disse que ia avisar para a secretaria retornar e reagendar, até hoje estou esperando sentada a ligação do HRL.
O médico que iria nos atender seria o Dr. Daniel.
I made an appointment and when we got there the doctor had anticipated the appointment and had not warned me. I went on the day it was scheduled and the receptionist wrote down our name and phone number and said she would let the secretary return and reschedule, until today I'm still waiting for the call from HRL.
The doctor who would see us would be Dr. Daniel.
