★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colaboradores sem nenhum trato com o paciente. Atendimento demorado, sistema que não funciona, além de estar doente se passa raiva com a demora dos profissionais. Eu nunca vi um paciente com pressao alta com fortes dores não ser atendido prontamente em um hospital vazio (1h a.m.). Ouvimos uma enfermeira falando ao medico que tem que jogar o clientes do convenio por ultimo, pois quem paga o salario deles é o SUS. Falta muito profissionalismo e muito treinamento para os colaboradores. É vergonhoso o único hospital da cidade ser desse jeito, parece que pararam no tempo! Isso que é convênio.

I have never seen a patient with high blood pressure in severe pain not being seen promptly in an empty hospital (1:00 a.m.). We heard a nurse talking to the doctor who had to play the covenant's clients last, because the one who pays their salary is SUS. There is a lack of professionalism and training for employees. It is shameful that the only hospital in the city is like that, it seems that they stopped in time! This is an agreement.
