Unable to contact Customer Service over the phone. Nobody answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço Bom, muito limpo, porém falta funcionários apenas 1 técnica, 1 médica e 1 atendente na emergência. Levei meu bebê a medica nem olhou na minha cara, super arrogante , mandou pra medicação, fizeram e mandaram embora pra casa sem ao menos verificar se a criança tinha melhorado. Falta de atenção com os pacientes.
Good space, very clean, but lacking employees only 1 technician, 1 doctor and 1 attendant in the emergency room. I took my baby to the doctor, he didn't even look at my face, super arrogant, he sent it to medication, they did it and sent it home without even checking if the child had improved. Lack of attention to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma boa experiência neste hospital e gostei muito. Ambiente muito limpo. Atendimento organizado. Todos educados da portaria as outras dependências. Meu documento para o exame estava errado. Mas na portaria tudo foi explicado e retornei no mesmo dia e consegui fazer os exames mesmo atrasada em duas horas. Equipe bem treinada. Espero retornar e espero que Deus abençoe o trabalho deles e que continuem com esta dedicação. Gostei muito.
I had a good experience in this hospital and I really enjoyed it. Very clean environment. Organized service. All polite from the concierge to the other dependencies. My exam document was wrong. But at the concierge everything was explained and I returned the same day and managed to do the exams even late by two hours. Well-trained staff. I hope to return and I hope that God blesses their work and that they continue with this dedication. Really enjoyed.
