Me deu a nota fiscal do produto só depois de 15 dias, porque disse que a loja estava com dificuldade para emitir a Nota fiscal, e quando recebi a nota veio com um valor diferente do valor que eu paguei. Foi quando vi que ele tinha incluído a garantia estendida sem eu pedir. Agora estou esperando a loja me estornar a diferença que foi paga indevidamente, já faz mais de um mês que fiz a compra, e até agora nada. Já fiz várias reclamações, vários contatos, e tá a maior burocracia pra devolver meu dinheiro. Não compro mais nada nessa loja. Nunca passei por isso em lugar nenhum. Um total desrespeito com o consumidor.
Bad experience! I had a serious problem with the purchase of a product, the seller unprepared or malicious, included in the order a warranty for the product that I did not order. He gave me the invoice for the product only after 15 days, because he said that the store was having trouble issuing the invoice, and when I received the invoice it came with a different amount than the amount I paid. That's when I saw that he had included the extended warranty without me asking. Now I'm waiting for the store to refund me the difference that was paid improperly, it's been over a month since I made the purchase, and so far nothing. I have already made several complaints, several contacts, and there is a lot of bureaucracy to return my money. I don't buy anything else at this store. I never went through this anywhere. Total disrespect for the consumer.
