★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu noivo sofreu um acidente com o pé, olharam disseram que não era nada, e mandaram para casa, após conseguiu atendimento com um médico fora do hospital e estava com o ligamento rompido, e ontem fui ao hospital com dores insuportável na cabeça, me deram remédio para dor e me mandaram pra casa, fui hoje novamente, apenas me passaram dipirona e mandaram para casa, solicitei para ver se poderia fazer um exame já que não consegui nenhuma consulta com a neuro a tempo não passaram nada. Um total descaso!!
My fiance had an accident with his foot, they looked at them and said it was nothing, and they sent him home, after he got treatment with a doctor outside the hospital and he had a torn ligament, and yesterday I went to the hospital with unbearable pain in his head, they gave me medicine for pain and they sent me home, I went again today, they just gave me dipyrone and sent it home, I asked to see if I could do an exam since I didn't get any appointment with the neuro in time, nothing happened. A total disregard!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital horrível, cirurgia da minha mãe marcada pra 07hrs da manhã foi entrar para o bloco cirugico as 15:00.Falta de humanidade, compromisso, respeito com a ser humano.Profissionais da saúde em geral sem empatia e responsabilidade.
Horrible hospital, my mother's surgery scheduled for 07:00 in the morning went to the surgical block at 15:00. Lack of humanity, commitment, respect for human beings. Health professionals in general without empathy and responsibility.

Estou acompanhando minha sogra q está aguardando uma cirurgia q era pra ter sido semana passada ela veio até o hospital e o médico não veio trabalhar, retornamos hj na data marcada, minha sogra está aguardando desde 7:00hrs q era o horário combinado do Dr. Agr são 12:00 e até agr não chegou, fui até a recepção pedir um aconchego melhor para as pacientes e pergunta previsão de chegada do Dr, simplesmente me informaram q não tem quarto disponível e nem horas de chegada do Dr q já tem costume de atrasar.
Lembrando q minha sogra está aguardando do lado de fora do hospital e de jejum desde de ontem.

I'm accompanying my mother-in-law who is waiting for a surgery that was supposed to be last week, she came to the hospital and the doctor didn't come to work, we returned today on the scheduled date, my mother-in-law has been waiting since 7:00 hrs, which was Dr. Agr it's 12:00 and it hasn't arrived until Agr, I went to the reception to ask for a better comfort for the patients and ask the Dr's arrival forecast, they simply informed me that there is no room available and no arrival times for the Dr who already has the habit of delay.
Remembering that my mother-in-law is waiting outside the hospital and fasting since yesterday.
