★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe realizou uma ÚNICA consulta com Dr. Moisés para perda auditiva. Ele disse que o ouvido dela estava limpo e já indicou uso de aparelho. Pedi para ela tirar uma segunda opinião com outro médico, esse retirou uma grande quantidade de cera, que estava obstruindo o ouvido dela. A limpeza restaurou parte da audição. E nessa segunda opinião, o médico disse que precisaria mais exames para avaliar a melhor forma de corrigir a perda auditiva.
Achamos a indicação do Dr. Moisés precipitada.
My mother had a SINGLE consultation with Dr. Moses for hearing loss. He said that her ear was clean and has already indicated the use of a hearing aid. I asked her to get a second opinion with another doctor, who removed a large amount of wax, which was blocking her ear. Cleaning restored part of the hearing. And in that second opinion, the doctor said that he would need more tests to evaluate the best way to correct the hearing loss.
We found Dr. Moisés' appointment too hasty.
