★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive meu filho nesse hospital. Meu medico, maravilhoso profissional Dr. Cristiano Salles, atende lá. O parto foi otimo, a equipe toda também (enfermeiros, camareiras e todos outros). Profissionais atenciosos!
Gostei da suite também, limpa!
Agora, infelizmente achei que faziam muuuito barulho, além do barulho da obra que está ocorrendo no local, o corredor parecia uma feira, muuuita gente falando alto e gritando. E para quem acabou de passar por uma cirurgia, seja qual for e no meu caso ainda ter um bebezinho no quarto, não é nada agradável. A comida também deixou a desejar, mas acredito que tenha sido devido a greve dos caminhoneiros, por isso vale dar um desconto nesse ponto. Bom esses foram os pontos negativo para mim, os demais foram bons!
 I had my son in that hospital. My doctor, wonderful professional Dr. Cristiano Salles, attends there. The delivery was great, so was the whole team (nurses, maids and everyone else). Attentive professionals!
I liked the suite too, clean!
Now, unfortunately I thought they were making a lot of noise, in addition to the noise of the work that is taking place at the site, the corridor looked like a fair, so many people talking loudly and screaming. And for anyone who has just had surgery, whatever and in my case still having a little baby in the room, it is not at all pleasant. The food also left something to be desired, but I believe it was due to the truckers' strike, so it is worth giving a discount on that point. Well those were the negative points for me, the others were good!

Agora dia 29 de novembro até o dia 21 de dezembro de 2019. Foi operado pelo Dr. Vinícius Antunes, um excelente médico, muito atencioso. Os funcionários desde das moças da cozinha, o pessoal da limpeza e os técnicos em enfermagem ele foi muito bem tratado obrigada pela dedicação de todos. Não esquecendo da Dra. Luciana. Agradeço de coração a todos, continuam assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital tradicional macaense. O hospital - embora ser muito antigo com mais de 150 anos - possui boas instalações e funcionários competentes. Eu e muitos outros amigos, parentes e conhecidos nasceram neste hospital, além da minha filha que nasceu neste ano de 2019.
Para todo e qualquer tipo de necessidade de saúde e vida (partos) eu recomendo. Lembrando que alguns recursos pode não ser oferecido por ser um hospital 'filantrópico'.
Macanese traditional hospital. The hospital - although be very old with more than 150 years - has good facilities and competent staff. Me and many other friends, relatives and acquaintances were born in this hospital, in addition to my daughter who was born this year 2019.
For any kind of need for health and life (birth) I recommend. Remembering that some features may not be offered as a 'philanthropic' hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço tratamento no hospital São João Batista desde 2014, os funcionários são sempre atenciosos, educados e prestativos, tanto os porteiros quanto atendente e os médicos, não tenho o que reclamar, já fiz várias cirurgias nesse local e indico com nota 1000, tanto a parte pública, quanto a particular. Faço tratamento com doutor Gumercindo alguns anos pelo plano de saúde e agora pelo público, um ótimo médico. Fora a parte de oncologia que meu pai foi tratado em 2012, são humanos.

I have been treated with Dr. Gumercindo for a few years through the health plan and now through the public, a great doctor. Apart from the oncology part my father was treated in 2012, they are human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que me queixar dos funcionários e médicos. Porém no quarto que fiquei com meu esposo as campainhas para chamar o posto de enfermagem não funcionavam e nada fizeram. As cadeiras para os acompanhantes eram barulhentas e desconfortáveis. Não havia nem um cafezinho numa sala de espera e o serviço de refeições era contado, como acompanhante solicitei um café puro (não tinham servido as refeições, tudo bem. ) Mas nem um cafezinho? Parte da noite fiquei zanzando pelo corredor, pois se ficasse na cadeira a mesma fazia barulho e acordava os pacientes e oo restante, dormi num sofá de 2 lugares (70 cm). Péssimo de verdade. Temos plano Unimed, mas como lá tem oucas salas cirurgicas, são usadas para o pessoal da Petrobrás.
I have nothing to complain about the staff and doctors. However, in the room I stayed with my husband, the bells to call the nursing station did not work and did nothing. The chairs for the companions were noisy and uncomfortable. There wasn't even a coffee in a waiting room and the meal service was counted, as a companion I requested a pure coffee (they hadn't served the meals, that's ok. ) But not a coffee? Part of the night I was wandering around the hallway, because if I stayed in the chair it made noise and woke up the patients and the rest, I slept on a 2-seater sofa (70 cm). Really bad. We have a Unimed plan, but as there are few operating rooms there, they are used for Petrobras personnel.
