★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu tio ficou internado na UTI por 22 dias e devido o surto de COVID só recebemos informações por telefone. Gravei praticamente todos os telefonemas que me fizeram. Infelizmente ele veio a óbito. O estado era grave e ninguém nos chamou para conversar, para averiguar o problema, se seria melhor leva- ló para outro lugar. Achei muita falta de respeito e consideração.
 My uncle was admitted to the ICU for 22 days and due to the COVID outbreak we only received information by phone. I recorded virtually every phone call I was made. Unfortunately he died. The condition was serious and nobody called us to talk, to find out the problem, if it would be better to take him to another place. I found it very disrespectful and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo sempre,almoxarifado o pior de todos hospitais da Unimed disparado, uma demora excessiva em receber,total falta de empatia com quem está ali fora para fazer entrega,simplesmente não tem ninguém além de vc aguardando e eles não chamam, tipo assim fodase quem está lá fora no sol,sem almoço muitas vezes,alguém da diretoria deveri tomar providências sobre isso,já fáz tempo que é assim nunca melhora, só piora.
Terrible always, warehouse the worst of all Unimed hospitals fired, an excessive delay in receiving, total lack of empathy with those who are out there to deliver, there is simply no one but you waiting and they don't call, like fuck whoever is outside in the sun, without lunch many times, someone from the board should take care of it, it's been like this for a long time, it never gets better, it just gets worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro foi dengue, depois covid. Tempo de espera péssimo, você está ruim e a vontade e de ir embora de tanta demora. Com esse surto de dengue e covid deveria haver um jeito mais rápido do usuário ser atendido.
First it was dengue, then covid. Terrible waiting time, you're bad and you want to leave for so long. With this outbreak of dengue and covid there should be a faster way for the user to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 5h30 no pronto atendimento da Unimed.
Enquanto recebia medicação na veia ( 1h sozinha ) , nenhum enfermeiro foi ver como eu estava, tratamento desumano.
Fui embora sem resultado de exame.
I spent 5:30 in the Unimed emergency room.
While I was receiving medication in the vein (1h alone), no nurse came to check on me, inhumane treatment.
I left without test results.

Nos "5 minutos" de consulta, um jovem médico iluminou a minha garganta com uma luz de celular a 1 metro de distância e imprimiu uma lista com cinco remédios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, meu filho com o braço quebrado e o médico simplesmente sai da sala e vai dar uma voltinha no corredor. Sem contar que logo no atendimento a enfermeira pediu pra aguardar, só quem tem filho sabe a dor que é ver uma criança chorando e se negarem a socorre-la. Enfim o mundo precisa de mais empatia.
Terrible service, my son with a broken arm and the doctor simply leaves the room and goes for a walk in the hallway. Not to mention that the nurse asked to wait right away, only those who have children know the pain of seeing a child crying and refusing to help them. Finally, the world needs more empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unimed pediatria é absurdo o tempo de espera. Crianças pequenas esperando de 3 a 4 horas para serem atendidas.
Não culpo os funcionários, mas a administração do hospital deveria colocar mais pediatras.
Uma judiação fazerem as crianças esperarem todo esse tempo.
Unimed Pediatrics, the waiting time is absurd. Small children waiting 3-4 hours to be seen.
I don't blame the staff, but the hospital administration should put in more pediatricians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obstetra plantonista anti ética, desumana, de uma falta de empatia com a pacientes gestante. Falta de profissionalismo total. Péssima profissional. O sus está mil x melhor que a Unimed Arararaquara. Atendimento horrível sempre! Médicos totalmente desatualizados, onde vc é só mais um e cai num atendimento sem assistência e cuidados necessários parabéns um pré-natal e parto de qualidade.
Demoraram tanto pra levar o meu filho que ele teve hipoglicemia, tive que perguntar varias x sobre ele e ngm sabia de nada. O meu obstetra nem chegou para a cesária de emergencia e mesmo assim a Unimed permitiu que ele me cobrasse um absurdo pelas assistência quente ele não fez. Hospital péssimo.
Unethical, inhumane on-call obstetrician, from a lack of empathy with pregnant patients. Total lack of professionalism. Terrible professional. The sus is a thousand times better than Unimed Arararaquara. Horrible service always! Totally outdated doctors, where you are just one more and fall into a service without assistance and necessary care congratulations on a quality prenatal and delivery.
They took so long to take my son that he had hypoglycemia, I had to ask several times about him and nobody knew anything. My obstetrician didn't even arrive for the emergency cesarean and even so Unimed allowed him to charge me an absurd amount for the hot assistance he didn't do. Terrible hospital.
