★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência não está sendo boa, principalmente no pronto atendimento da bonifácio. Está sendo sim angustiante. Nem sempre te ligam pra passar boletim médico de paciente internado. Você tem que se deslocar até o hospital porque eles não informam nada quando você liga, é um atendimento gravado. Principalmente se for de final de semana e a espera é longa. Os atendentes confundem informações, trocam nomes, se atrapalham pra tentar resolver uma situação e a espera acaba ficando cansativa. Vão te enrolando até a hora que der. Falta respeito com o conveniado.

Tiraram todos os médicos antigos e colocaram só residentes. Demora ate um mês para uma consulta e quando se tem urgência , é melhor pagar um particular.
Mas quem merece deve ser reconhecido.
TODOS os atendentes são muito educados e prestativos .
Estive com minha mãe de 82 anos no pronto socorro e em menos de 10 minutos ela já tinha sido atendida e feito os exames que sim, demoraram um pouco para ficarem prontos mas , é nítido que a demanda está muito grande e com certeza esse pessoal está trabalhando muiiiito. Mas em todas as vezes que precisei, os atendentes não deixaram nada a desejar .
