★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento durante o dia é ótimo. Já durante a noite (plantão), quem precisa da emergência ... além de chegar sofrendo, sofre ainda mais. Atendentes (atendimento inicial), horrível. Gente mal humorada e dormindo ou geralmente concentrados em seus celulares. Quem trabalha a noite deve se adequar ao horário e fazer ótima recepção. Servidor público tem de atender a todos com amor, se estão infelizes vão embora e certamente melhores virão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cuidado em saúde começa desde a triagem até o atendimento, e posso afirmar que fui descuidada do início até o fim. Fui atendida por um médico no plantão da noite e foi um show de desumanização e prepotência. Fui desrespeitada enquanto usuária do serviço de saúde e sujeito. Apesar da prepotência de dar um ""diagnóstico""" de transtorno de ansiedade sem ao menos me escutar, não soube atender alguém que estava em uma crise de pânico. Saí pior do que entrei. Preferi ter ficado em casa assombrada com o que sentia a passar pelo que passei. Não me calei, mesmo quando ele levantou a mão em um sinal pra sair da sala enquanto passava as informações do meu quadro de saúde a minha mãe. E o que não me fez calar foi a certeza de que não merecia aquilo. A prepotência dificulta a humanização e a sensibilidade que o cuidado em saúde demanda. E espero de verdade que mais gente fure o ego daquele profissional desumanizado.
