Apesar da equipe de enfermagem ser excelente e super atenciosa, falta álcool em gel no quarto, o banheiro é cheio de lodo no box, o quarto é tão pequeno que se tiver 2 pacientes internados não cabem 2 acompanhantes!!! Pra piorar, se o paciente chega com outras doenças que não o motivo da internação, como diabético internado com insuficiência respiratória, toda medicação do diabetes precisa ser trazida de casa e ministrada pelo acompanhante. Mas o pior de tudo: houve emergência decorrente de alta taxa de glicose (acima de 600 - HI) e o médico da emergência na UTI prescreveu tratamento inadequado, sendo necessário exigir a presença de um médico no quarto para, só então, ser prescrito o tratamento correto. Num hospital particular uma emergência de paciente internado demorar mais de 1 hora para ser efetivamente tratado, é o cúmulo do absurdo.
Don't stay here!! Although the nursing staff is excellent and super attentive, there is no alcohol gel in the room, the bathroom is full of sludge in the box, the room is so small that if you have 2 hospitalized patients, 2 companions cannot fit!!! To make matters worse, if the patient arrives with illnesses other than the reason for hospitalization, such as a diabetic hospitalized with respiratory failure, all diabetes medication must be brought from home and administered by the companion. But worst of all: there was an emergency due to a high glucose level (above 600 - HI) and the emergency physician in the ICU prescribed inadequate treatment, requiring the presence of a doctor in the room to, only then, be prescribed the correct treatment. In a private hospital, an inpatient emergency takes more than 1 hour to be effectively treated, is the height of absurdity.
