★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com esse hospital não foi boa não meu irmão foi internado em 22 de Setembro de 2021 fez uma rádioterapia em 22 Outubro de 2021 e com dois dias veio pra casa acamado com sonda e cheio de dor e outros problemas teve uma consulta onde a oncologista deu alta e ficou sem tratamento em casa e veio a falecer em 04 Janeiro de 2022.
 My experience with this hospital was not good, my brother was hospitalized on September 22, 2021, he underwent radiotherapy on October 22, 2021 and after two days he came home in bed with a probe and full of pain and other problems, he had a consultation where the oncologist was discharged and was left without treatment at home and died on January 4, 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado a minha preocupação quanto a segurança do hospital. Fui até lá hoje e ao pedir informação na recepção sobre determinado departamento, tive um resposta debochada dada pela recepcionista. Entrei no hospital sem se quer ser identificada, a catraca fica lá só de enfeite, e praticamente fiz um tuor pelo hospital, tentando achar o departamento o qual eu precisava ir.
Lamentável! Irei iniciar um tratamento oncológico lá e já me sinto bastante insegura.
Uma outra observação é a seguinte: Fui diagnosticada com câncer no dia 07/10. Fiz no particular a biópsia, ultrassonografia e mamografia, justamente por saber da gravidade da doença, e por saber que eu estou numa corrida contra o tempo, e ter consciência da demora que é conseguir agendamento pelo SUS para realizar esses tipos de exames. Levei todos os exames para minha 1° Consulta no Antônio Pedro, e agora tenho que aguardar mais 20 dias para sair o resultado de uma nova análise que farão por lá. Analise em cima de um um matérial que já foi analisado e que já existe um resultado, pois paguei por esses exame justamente para acelerar o processo. Tenho 37 anos e quero viver, não me deixem fazer parte da estatística que morrem devido a demora para iniciar o tratamento. Por favor!
I would like to record my concern about the safety of the hospital. I went there today and when I asked for information at the reception about a certain department, I got a mocking answer given by the receptionist. I entered the hospital without being identified, the turnstile is just there for decoration, and I practically did a tour around the hospital, trying to find the department I needed to go to.
Unfortunate! I will start cancer treatment there and I already feel quite insecure.
Another observation is the following: I was diagnosed with cancer on 10/07. I did the biopsy, ultrasound and mammography in particular, precisely because I know the severity of the disease, and because I know I'm in a race against time, and I'm aware of the delay in getting an appointment by the SUS to perform these types of exams. I took all the exams for my 1st Consultation at Antônio Pedro, and now I have to wait another 20 days to get the result of a new analysis that will be done there. Analyze on top of a material that has already been analyzed and that there is already a result, because I paid for these exams precisely to speed up the process. I'm 37 years old and I want to live, don't let me be part of the statistics that die due to delays in starting treatment. Please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente oncológica e por sinal sou super bem tratada, minha médica é maravilhosa Dra Renata Natário, Mas eu quero agradecer a médica Oncologista Dra Lais Fernandes Rodrigues Baltar, excelente profissional, carinhosa, super atensiosa, me deu todo suporte que precisava, enquanto essa médica não me viu de pé ela não me deixou! Gente foi incrível e a recomendo a todos!
Quando vejo comentários negativos a respeito deste hospital eu não consigo acreditar...porque sempre fui muito bem tratada! Parabéns Dra Lais ??? que Deus coloque muitas profissionais como você em nossas vidas!

I'm a cancer patient and by the way I'm very well treated, my doctor is wonderful Dr Renata Natário, But I want to thank the Oncologist Dr Lais Fernandes Rodrigues Baltar, excellent professional, affectionate, super attentive, she gave me all the support I needed, while this doctor she didn't see me standing she didn't let me! People were amazing and I recommend it to everyone!
When I see negative comments about this hospital, I can't believe it...because I've always been treated very well! Congratulations Dra Lais ??? may God put many professionals like you in our lives!

Já foi mais de mil vezes ao huap na emergência sem comer com dores e se negam de internar pois tem que ir para fila do 169
Para ser atendido pelo oncologista.
Que não pode internar ....e ai a pessoa fica como?
Hoje ele não come vomita e sente dores e o médico da emergência disse que infelizmente tem que ir para i169
A biopsia até agora não entregará m como se inscrever se não t biópsia
E como se neg ao socorro, e não internam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez uma cirurgia para retirada de um tumor de clivus. No pós operatório ela contraiu a bactéria acinetobacter baumannii, uma bactéria do solo, onde sabemos que ela foi contaminada por falta de cuidados no manuseio dos instrumentos. Depois colocaram um catéter nela para drenar o cérebro, e mais uma vez por falta de higiene e cuidados contraiu outro tipo de bactéria. Foi levada para o CTI coronariana, onde não apresentava a mínima condição para esse tipo de cirurgia de alto risco. Quando falávamos com o neuro responsável observava um entra e sai de acesso ao CTI de pessoas completamente desprovidas de vestes. Qualquer um entrava. Percebendo a gravidade desse bactéria foram retirados todos os pacientes dessa CTI e transferidos para a UTI, sendo a coronariana lacrada com cadeado, provavelmente pela bactéria que se alojou ali. Na UTI a maioria estava entubado. Enfim, fizeram o tratamento, mas infelizmente a bactéria não foi vencida levando a minha mãe a óbito. Entrou andando, lúcida, sedaram, tiraram a sedação e não mais acordou. Minha mãe faleceu às 6:20 da manhã do dia12/02/22 e ninguém comunicou ao familiar. Soubemos da morte dela às 15:00 quando meu irmão foi visitá-la e o nome dela não constava mais na lista de internados. O descaso flagrante desumano! Fora as baratas circulando pelos corredores, subindo nas paredes!
Tumor de clívus é um tumor raro! Minha mãe serviu de cobaia! Pq falaram que era mais benefícios que riscos! Se não fosse a falta de cuidados do hospital, dos médicos e daquele bando de carniceiros (estagiários) minha mãe estaria aqui conosco. Antes de operar o tratamento é um, depois de operado é outro! Eles querem é cobaias. Esse hospital não tem competência pra fazer uma cirurgia desse porte. Os médicos são recém formados nos gerando muita insegurança. Ali não tem funcionário específico. Eles são faz tudo! Entreguei a minha mãe a eles! E me devolveram morta! Minha mãe já fez 15 cirurgias em diversos hospitais públicos e nunca pegou uma infecção! Ali ela contraiu a pior bactéria do mundo e morreu de miningite bacteriana. O médico me dizia que estava correndo atrás do prejuízo! E quem saiu no prejuízo foi ela e a família. Esse hospital é um hospital universitário, onde pega os pacientes para servirem de cobaias! Vai fazer uma cirurgia entra mais de 10 alunos, tudo sem nenhum tipo de cuidado. A vida do nosso ente querido não tem valor nenhum, a não ser para aprendizado para esses carniceiros.
My mother had surgery to remove a clivus tumor. We learned of her death at 3:00 pm when my brother went to visit her and her name was no longer on the list of inmates. The flagrant inhuman neglect! Aside from the cockroaches circling the corridors, climbing the walls!
Clivus tumor is a rare tumor! My mother served as a guinea pig! Because they said it was more benefits than risks! If it wasn't for the lack of care from the hospital, the doctors and that bunch of butchers (interns) my mother would be here with us. Before operating the treatment is one, after the operation is another! They want guinea pigs. This hospital does not have the competence to perform such a surgery. Doctors are newly graduated, generating a lot of insecurity. There is no specific employee there. They are does it all! I gave my mother to them! And they returned me dead! My mother has had 15 surgeries in several public hospitals and has never caught an infection! There she contracted the worst bacteria in the world and died of bacterial meningitis. The doctor told me he was chasing the damage! And it was her and her family who came out at the loss. This hospital is a university hospital, where it takes patients to serve as guinea pigs! More than 10 students are going to have a surgery, all without any kind of care. Our loved one's life is of no value except for learning for these scavengers.
