Great structure and great service (Fis. Fernanda). I do not give 5 stars because the place does not meet the Bradesco agreement as well as the Vera Cruz hospital.

Very bad service. They only open until 12:30, the queues are huge and make us wait in lines even for exam results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e demorado. Telefones quase nunca atendem e quando atendem nunca é no numero discado. Aí passam outro p voce ligar e aí a historia é a mesma . Estou ha 12 dias tentando falar la p marcar a consulta e nada . Terei que sair do trabalho, em cidade vizinha e ir ate la pra conseguir .
Fora que qua do fui ao ortopedista, por telefone me informaram que nao atendiam Bradesco. Conversando com uma amiga ela me falouque tinha ido la consultar com o mesmo médico, aí fui pessoalmente la, ja que telefone nao se atende por nada, e a consulta foi marcada certinho e sempre empurram a culpa pra "funcionária nova que me deu a informação errada" . Atendentes sempre de cara fechada e mal humoradas . PÉSSIMO !!
ABSURDO E DESRESPEITO !
Lousy and time-consuming service. Telephones almost never answer and when they answer it is never on the dialed number. Then pass another p you call and then the story is the same. I've been trying to speak for 12 days and make an appointment and nothing. I will have to leave work, in a neighboring city and go there to get it.
Besides that when I went to the orthopedist, by telephone they informed me that they did not attend Bradesco. Talking to a friend, she told me that she had gone to see her with the same doctor, then I went there personally, since the phone is not answered for anything, and the appointment was made correctly and they always blame the "new employee who gave me the information. wrong ". Attendants always frown and sulky. TERRIBLE !!
