★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei nessa clínica meu cachorro desde que ele era bebê, no dia 08/06/2021 fui levar ele pra tomar vacina e a veterinária foi super desrespeitosa apenas por ele ser sem raça definida, ela disse que ele parecia ter sido achado na rua. Um absurdo completo, ainda que fosse.. eles merecem cuidado amor e respeito. Não recomendo essa clínica. E me consumo por não ter feito um barraco no dia. Um verdadeiro absurdo. Nunca mais levo meu cachorrinho nesse lugar. Não recomendo de forma nenhuma.
 I took my dog to this clinic since he was a baby, on 06/08/2021 I went to take him for a vaccine and the veterinarian was super disrespectful just because he was mixed breed, she said he seemed to have been found on the street. Complete nonsense, even if it was... they deserve careful love and respect. I don't recommend this clinic. And I consume myself for not having built a shack that day. A real nonsense. I never take my puppy to this place again. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO RECOMENDO, a veterinária que me atendeu, Dra Cláudia condicionou os exames a uma internação ou seja eu não poderia fazer os exames no meu pet sem o internar por 24 horas (CUSTO 1.500,00 QUE NAO QUIS ME DAR POR ESCRITO). Levei meu pet em outro lugar, exames imediatos, problema resolvido. Ficaram de me mandar nota fiscal do pagamento que efetuei mas até hoje estou esperando

E sim o atendimento das meninas é muito bom e amei, o que não gostei foi o fato de condicionar o exame a caríssima internação.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, the veterinarian who attended me, Dr Cláudia, conditioned the exams to a hospitalization, that is, I could not do the exams on my pet without hospitalizing it for 24 hours (COST 1,500.00 WHICH DID NOT GIVE ME IN WRITING). I took my pet elsewhere, immediate exams, problem solved. They were supposed to send me an invoice for the payment I made but I'm still waiting
I received the invoice by whatsapp after posting the above review. Edit to clarify
And yes, the girls' service is very good and I loved it, what I didn't like was the fact that the exam was conditional on a very expensive hospital stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns meses atrás minha cachorrinha desenvolveu um tipo de câncer muito agressivo, pensei que séria o fim para ela mas devido ao tratamento da clínica É o Bicho, minha cachorrinha está com uma qualidade de vida melhor.
A few months ago my dog developed a very aggressive type of cancer, I thought it would be the end for her but due to the treatment at É o Bicho clinic, my dog has a better quality of life.

I was super happy for the excellent and professional service I received when I took my old kitten. How much affection she received!
I liked it because the exams requested to deal directly with my kitten's problem were strictly what was necessary and the prices were infinitely lower than those practiced here in SP.
Super recommend , super trustworthy .

Infelizmente muitas vezes eu tinha a sensação de se preocuparem mais com o $ do que o bem estar do animal. Até ir até o Hospital É O BICHO e me sentir totalmente acolhida. Excelente atendimento, desde a recepção, demais funcionários atenciosos e os veterinários extremamente competentes, atenciosos e super focados em tratar o meu cãozinho. Inclusive o atendimento super personalizado para com todos, pois presenciei outros atendimentos!!! Que Deus abençoe vcs por fazerem o que amam e com tamanha responsabilidade e qualidade. Super recomendo!!! Parabéns a toda equipe... Nota Mil ???
I always looked for the best for my dog. I've taken it in some places, but I didn't feel completely safe. Unfortunately I often had the feeling that they cared more about the $ than the animal's welfare. Until I went to Hospital É O BICHO and felt totally welcomed. Excellent service, from the reception, other attentive staff and extremely competent veterinarians, attentive and super focused on treating my puppy. Including the super personalized service for everyone, as I witnessed other services!!! May God bless you for doing what you love and with such responsibility and quality. I highly recommend!!!
