★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe altamente qualificada . Tem tudo o que precisamos, todos os exames que precisei realizar no Thor foram feitos enquanto ele estava internado . Quando recebeu alta da internação veio super bem para casa e com os medicamentos receitados pois eles tinham lá na farmácia . Saímos encantados com o atendimento e todo o suporte que recebemos .
 Highly qualified team. It has everything we need, all the tests I had to perform on Thor were done while he was hospitalized. When he was discharged from the hospital, he came home very well and with the prescribed medicines, as they had them at the pharmacy. We were delighted with the service and support we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente e muito prestativo. Temos quase dez animais entre cães, gatos e um coelho e sempre fomos muito bem atendidos. Como a clínica não fecha, os atendimentos ocorrem 24 hrs, seja na clínica Pront-Cão ou a domicilio e as decisões foram sempre corretas. Inclusive, Dra. Regina e outros profissionais da clínica nunca deixaram de nos atender e vieram prontamente, inclusive de madrugada, em caso de emergência.
Temos cinco gatos e um deles teve uma doença gravíssima. Para evitar idas e vindas, o mantivemos internado por dois meses e estamos felizes em tê-lo de volta. Somos muito gratos a toda a equipe somos clientes da Pront a maus de 20 anos e só podemis elogiar e parabenizar a equipe pela atenção e bom atendimento

Excellent service and very helpful. We have almost ten animals between dogs, cats and a rabbit and we were always very well taken care of. As the clinic does not close, consultations take place 24 hours, either at the Pront-Cão clinic or at home and the decisions were always correct. Including Dr. Regina and other professionals at the clinic never failed to attend to us and came promptly, even at dawn, in case of an emergency.
We have five cats and one of them had a very serious illness. To avoid back and forth, we kept him in the hospital for two months and we are happy to have him back. We are very grateful to the entire team, we have been Pront customers for over 20 years and we can only praise and congratulate the team for their attention and good service.
I clicked, inadvertently, bz Uan Naster's negative evaluation. Somsomis served by the Pront-Cãk team for over 20 years and always very well !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no hospital veterinário ProntCão é excelente. Houve uma ocasião que meu cachorro com 15 anos estava com problemas bucais, abertura na mandibula por ter perdido os caninos. Sai da minha cidade Indaiatuba, pois só consegui ter atendimento eficiente por telefone com a Dra. Regina que me indicou um excelente especialista bucal veterinário. Meu cachorro foi muito bem atendido, fez a cirurgia em menos de 24h da minha ligação, e quando fui vê-lo já estava de banho tomado. Hoje ele está super bem , sem dor e com mais qualidade de vida. É um cão sênior, saudável e feliz por ter encontrado tão bons profissionais.
Só tenho a agradecer e recomendo com 5 estrelas o Hospital. Um lugar acolhedor, voltado para o animal tratando com todo amor, carinho e cuidado,
The service at ProntCão Veterinary Hospital is excellent. There was one occasion when my 15-year-old dog had oral problems, jaw opening due to having lost his canines. I left my city Indaiatuba, because I was only able to have efficient service by phone with Dr. Regina who referred me to an excellent veterinary oral specialist. My dog was very well taken care of, he had the surgery in less than 24 hours of my call, and when I went to see him he was already bathed. Today he is very well, without pain and with better quality of life. He is a senior dog, healthy and happy to have found such good professionals.
I just have to thank and recommend the Hospital with 5 stars. A cozy place, facing the animal, treating with all love, affection and care,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Num dos momentos mais difíceis da minha vida fui apresentada a Dra.Regina e como acredito que o acaso não existe, sei que houve um empurrãozinho de Deus.
Meu cãozinho estava muito doente e ela me atendeu da forma mais atenciosa e carinhosa possível.
Ela conversou comigo da forma muito afetiva explicando a realidade do estado do meu cachorro e a real probabilidade de reação dele.
Com toda paciência do mundo respeitou meu tempo de entendimento e aceitação dessa situação.
Após 2 dias de muita oração, com meu cãozinho no meu colo, as mãos leves e abençoadas da Dra Regina deram a ele o alivio eterno da dor e meu filho agora sente a paz de Deus.
Agradeço imensamente a Deus por ter me apresentado a Dra Regina e toda sua equipe, destacando a Dra keity que também usou de toda sua experiência em veterinária e um tanto psicóloga, ampararam a mim e meu cãozinho.
Que Deus abençoe suas mãos, mentes e coração divinos.

In one of the most difficult moments of my life I was introduced to Dr.Regina and as I believe that chance does not exist, I know that there was a little push from God.
My dog was very sick and she took care of me in the most attentive and affectionate way possible.
She talked to me in a very affectionate way explaining the reality of my dog's condition and the real probability of his reaction.
With all the patience in the world, he respected my time of understanding and acceptance of this situation.
After 2 days of much prayer, with my puppy in my lap, Dr. Regina's light and blessed hands gave him eternal relief from the pain and my son now feels the peace of God.
I am immensely grateful to God for introducing me to Dr Regina and all her team, highlighting Dr Keity who also used all her experience as a veterinarian and somewhat of a psychologist, supported me and my puppy.
May God bless your divine hands, minds and heart.
