★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este estabelecimento é qualquer coisa menos um hospital veterinário.
Dei entrada com meu gato, que ingeriu um barbante. Já na abertura da ficha comuniquei que a ocorrência era de ingestão de corpo estranho linear. Confiei no profissionalismo deles de que fariam o atendimento adequado, porém ficamos a espera por 2h até o início da consulta. E pior, para nada! Porque o médico cirurgião que fica de plantão estava muito longe do local (ou seja, eles não tem médico de plantão na prática) e nem critério de prioridade para atendimento.
Saindo de lá fomos ao Dr Hato, que foi excelente, pronto atendimento e já nos passaram em detalhes tudo o que precisava ser feito. Ele vai ter que fazer uma cirurgia no intestino para remoção do barbante, infelizmente, porque já havia se passado quase 4h da ingestão do corpo estranho quando chegamos no Dr Hato, com esse tempo já não era possível realizar um procedimento mais simples, endoscopia por exemplo.
O tempo perdido (cerca de 3h) devido a espera, falta de senso de urgência no atendimento e falta de estrutura e preparo da equipe para atender a emergência foi decisivo para complicar o quadro clínico do animal.
Se não tinham como realizar a retirada do corpo estranho em poucas horas e por via oral, o mínimo que deveriam ter feito é comunicado que não teriam meios de atender ele da melhor forma e nos indicado outro hospital, um de verdade, para socorrer o gato, ao invés de nos deixar esperando, sem orientação sobre a real gravidade da situação e sem saber que devíamos estar correndo contra o relógio.
Ouso dizer que a equipe da recepção, apesar de simpáticos, na abertura da ficha não comunicaram a médica que era um caso de corpo estranho linear (porque qualquer profissional sério entenderia a gravidade disso), ou seja, de nada adianta a simpatia no atendimento sem o preparo para ENTENDER e ATENDER casos de emergência.
Repito, não é um hospital veterinário pelo que vivenciamos ontem, 15/02/19. É no máximo um petshop disfarçado de hospital e bonito pra poder cobrar mais caro.
PS: Resta apenas rezar pela vida do gatinho ?

I entered with my cat, who took a string. Already in the opening of the record I informed that the occurrence was of ingestion of linear foreign body. I trusted their professionalism that they would make the right care, but we waited for 2 hours until the start of the consultation. And worse, for nothing! Because the medical surgeon who is on duty was very far from the place (ie, they do not have a doctor on call in practice) and no criterion of priority for care.
Leaving from there we went to Dr Hato, who was excellent, prompt service and already passed us in detail everything that needed to be done. He will have to undergo bowel surgery to remove the string, unfortunately, because it was almost 4h after the intake of the foreign body when we arrived at Dr Hato, with that time it was no longer possible to perform a simpler procedure, eg endoscopy .
The time lost (about 3 hours) due to waiting, lack of sense of urgency in the care and lack of structure and preparation of the team to attend the emergency was decisive to complicate the clinical picture of the animal.
If they could not carry out the withdrawal of the foreign body in a few hours and orally, the least they should have done is reported that they would not have the means to attend to it in the best way and indicated another hospital, a real one, to help the cat , instead of leaving us waiting, without guidance on the real gravity of the situation and without knowing that we should be running against the clock.
I dare say that the reception staff, although friendly, at the opening of the card did not communicate to the doctor that it was a case of linear strange body (because any serious professional would understand the seriousness of this), that is, no use in sympathy in care without the preparation to UNDERSTAND and attend emergency cases.
I repeat, it is not a veterinary hospital for what we experienced yesterday, 02/15/19. It is at most a mascot disguised as a hospital and beautiful to be able to charge more.
PS: It only remains to pray for the kitty's life ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no Hosp. Cão Bernardo dia 28/05 para um Rx de Crânio de uma gatinha que encontrei abandonada e machucada . Desde a recepção até o rx fomos bem atendidas duas profissionais do rx foram super cuidados e excelentes em conduzir o exame da gata . Recebi o laudo por wats e no mesmo dia . Acabei não me atentando ao nomes ,estava aflita com a gatinha que resgatei .
Achei o valor dentro do previsto
E foi o lugar mais barato e com atendimento rápido que precisei .
I was at the Hosp. Dog Bernardo on 05/28 for a Skull X-ray of a kitten that I found abandoned and hurt. From the reception to the rx we were well attended, two rx professionals were super careful and excellent in conducting the examination of the cat. I received the report by wats and on the same day. I ended up not paying attention to the names, I was worried about the kitten I rescued.
I found the value within the forecast
And it was the cheapest and fastest place I needed.
