★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar extremamente limpo, ótimo atendimento e respeitoso com seu pet. Todas as médicas veterinárias que estiveram atuantes com meu gato durante a internação e após foram profissionais, educadas e detalhistas em cada processo. As recepcionistas tb são super atentas e educadas.
 Extremely clean place, great service and respectful with your pet. All the veterinarians who worked with my cat during hospitalization and after were professional, polite and detailed in each process. The receptionists are also super attentive and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi muito bom. Tudo muito limpo e atenciosos. Direto mandavam fotinhas e diziam como meu cãozinho estava. Os preços não são abusivos em comparação com outros hospitais veterinário da região e se tem um atendimento de primeira.
It went really well. All very clean and attentive. Direct they sent pictures and said how my puppy was. The prices are not abusive compared to other veterinary hospitals in the region and you have first class service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tive uma das piores experiências com o hospital. Enfatizo a má vontade da recepcionista que estava às 12h30 do dia de hoje. Pouco caso total, relaxada!! Estamos falando de um animal com dor, um animal que não sabe falar, não sabe explicar o que está sentindo!! Havia marcado rapidamente para minha gata tomar injeções, e ficamos 50 minutos sem respaldo algum. Questionei por 3x se iria demorar, a gata esguelando de dor na recepção e ela não estava nem aí. Passou vários outros animais na nossa frente. Desfecho total, é uma vida que estava ali e não um objeto. Tá infeliz com o emprego? Pede as contas!!
Today I had one of the worst experiences with the hospital. I emphasize the unwillingness of the receptionist who was there at 12:30 pm today. Little total affair, relaxed!! We're talking about an animal in pain, an animal that doesn't know how to speak, doesn't know how to explain what it's feeling!! I had quickly arranged for my cat to have injections, and we were 50 minutes without any support. I asked 3 times if it was going to take long, the cat squirming in pain at the reception and she didn't care. Several other animals passed in front of us. Total outcome, it is a life that was there and not an object. Are you unhappy with your job? Ask for the bills!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor experiência da vida. Minha irmã levou o Nicolau ao 4 patas após uma atendente de outro hospital ter falado que não conseguiria esperar o Nikinho chegar. O 4 patas é 24h, tem ótimos profissionais. A recepção é acolhedora. Quero agradecer a atendentente Mara pelo conforto que ela passou pra minha irmã que chegou em casa fazendo vídeo e sorrindo. A família agradece a todos os profissionais do 4 patas.
Obrigada gente. E referente a preço, ter bicho em casa é caro mesmo. Compreendo tudo, mas com vocês o preço foi menor do que no vet dele. Então o preço foi incrível. Justo. Levarei somente aí.
E ao médico não lembro o nome mas acho que é Dr. Gabriel.

Best life experience. My sister took Nicolau to 4 paws after an attendant from another hospital said she couldn't wait for Nikinho to arrive. The 4 paws is 24h, has great professionals. The reception is welcoming. I want to thank the attendant Mara for the comfort she gave to my sister who came home making a video and smiling. The family thanks all the professionals at 4 paws.
Thank you guys. And regarding the price, having a pet at home is really expensive. I understand everything, but with you the price was lower than at his vet. So the price was incredible. Fair. I'll just take it there.
And the doctor I don't remember the name but I think it's Dr. Gabriel.
It even has an angel's name. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi em uma quinta feira pelo período após as 22h00 e realmente o local cumpre o prometido , pois a qualidade e agilidade do atendimento é muito similar comparado a um horário comercial. Levei meu cachorro com uma picada de abelha no focinho, e tudo ocorreu bem e sem pressa , dando oportunidade dele ficar melhor pós medicação, e ainda tivemos um bom diálogo com a veterinária para tirar todas as dúvidas possíveis de todos os temos relacionados ao nosso dog. Muito obrigado a toda equipe.
My experience was on a Thursday for the period after 22:00 and the place really does what it promised, because the quality and agility of service is very similar compared to business hours. I took my dog with a bee sting on the snout, and everything went well and without rush, giving him the opportunity to get better after medication, and we still had a good dialogue with the vet to clear all possible doubts about all the issues related to our dog. .
