Experiência horrível. Fui com meu gatinho, hj, para consulta q antecede a castração e nos deixaram mais de 1hora na sala e qdo eu saí p procurar alguém e saber o q estava acontecendo, n tinha ninguém somente o segurança pq já era prox ao meio dia. Tirei meu gatinho de casa, ficou super estressado p nada. Total falta de respeito.
Horrible experience. I went with my kitten, today, for a consultation that precedes the castration and they left us in the room for more than 1 hour and when I went out to look for someone and find out what was going on, there was no one but the security guard because it was already at noon. I took my kitten out of the house, he was super stressed for nothing. Total lack of respect.

Péssima, esperando a maus de 1 hora e fora atendente ninguém fala comigo, pessoas e petpassaram na minha frente e nada é dito.

Os serviços são bons, os preços são mais baixos que particular, mas não fazem tudo, não interna, etc. E local de estacionar é ruim, tem de ficar atendo entrada e saída - fica a dica

Excelente atendimento, a equipe examina o paciente e o veterinário confirma os diagnósticos, fazem exames laboratoriais de tudo que precisar ser investigado. Todos muito atenciosos, esclarecem todas as dúvidas e auxiliam muito bem.

Exelente atendiendo com laboratorio com todos aparatos só não realiza "Elisa" , ótimos funcionários, sugiro fazer o agendamento antes de ir pelo telefone pois os horários são marcados dependendo do caso.

Minha experiência foi totalmente negativa, começando pela marcação no horário por telefone, a atendente totalmente grosseira e sem vontade de estar ali, dando respostas curtas e sem paciência. No dia da consulta, fui antes do horário marcado, pois como seria o primeiro horário não queria atrasar. Chegando lá eu era uma das primeiras e outras pessoas foram chegando. Passaram 3 pessoas na minha frente e só fui ser atendida 1:30 depois do meu horário marcado. Quando finalmente fui atendida a doutora demorou menos de 10m para atender e disse que iria buscar a receita dos medicamentos da minha gatinha e demorou 20 MINUTOS para voltar com a receita impressa. Minha gatinha já estava em um estresse muito grande e já estava com vontade de usar a caixa de areia. A demora foi tão grande que minha gatinha fez suas necessidades na caixa de transporte por conta de toda a demora no atendimento e todas as pessoas que foram passadas na frente. Fiquei muito triste com essa situação pois o horário foi marcado e nada foi cumprido, uma demora de quase 2 horas e meia! Custo beneficio não vale o estresse e a falta de comprometimento com horários.
My experience was totally negative, starting with the appointment by phone, the operator totally rude and unwilling to be there, giving short and impatient answers. On the day of the appointment, I went before the appointment, because as it would be the first appointment, I didn't want to be late. Arriving there I was one of the first and other people were arriving. 3 people passed in front of me and I was only served 1:30 after my appointment. When I was finally seen, the doctor took less than 10 minutes to answer and said that she would get the prescription for my kitten's medicines and it took 20 MINUTES to come back with the printed prescription. My kitten was already in a lot of stress and was already in the mood to use the litter box. The delay was so long that my cat relieved herself in the transport box because of all the delay in service and all the people that were passed in front. I was very sad about this situation because the appointment was scheduled and nothing was accomplished, a delay of almost 2 and a half hours! Cost benefit is not worth the stress and lack of commitment to schedules.
